Called to order an ice cream cake. Gave all the details multiple times. Person taking the order didn’t speak good English and couldn’t understand it. Had to repeat the spelling of kids name for happy birthday multiple times.
Arrived to pick up the cake- colors were not correct. Said oh well sorry. Then realized the name I had spelled for them at least 10 times letter by letter was still spelled wrong. Don’t waste time. Couldn’t fix the name because bakers are on site during the day. So yah definitely never again.

This location is always play around the customer I am here for the international ice cream day as mentioned $2 kids ice cream and the Indian manager wasn’t accepting the worldwide promotions I hate to come at this location

Ordered a dolphin cake for a birthday and they messed it up. Manager was annoyed at me for their mistake and offered $5 discount for a $60 cake or they could remake it next day when the birthday was today. They honestly didn’t seem to care at all.
Terrible experience, please be careful if you order from here. Pictures of what I ordered and what I got.

VERY unhappy with the photo ice-cream cake they made. Paid $72 for a small cake and it had all kinds of problems. The surface had major bubbling, three huge ones that were really ugly, one of those was across the boy's face and distorted his face :( I was so embarrassed. Also, there was random icing splotches on the photo area that weren't ordered or part of the online design. This quality was equivalent to maybe $20 max, not over $70!! Wouldn't ever come here again. The other bad reviews are warranted. Is anyone from corporate aware of this location's issues? Do they just not care? (FYI - The icing on the cake started slipping off/melting on the drive home which was only 10minutes. Do they expect people are only going to transport it 5 minutes away?? Come on, do better)

Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience here. I ended up getting ice cream that was freezer burnt and had to throw it away immediately. They also didn’t have half of the items on the menu for either the Dunkin’ or Baskin. I was just bummed out overall. I don’t think I’ll be coming back to this location nor will I be recommending others to this location.

Went in to a not busy store with plenty of staff available. The staff were friendly enough. I asked for a large chocolate milkshake. Now, stop here and think about what a milkshake is to you. To me, a milkshake is a thick drink that takes a little effort to suck up the straw. What I was given was a chocolate milk. No thickness at all. I walked back in at let the employee who made the shake know that it was just chocolate milk and not a shake. He said he would fix it. Added more ice cream, blended, and handed it back to me. It was almost the exact same consistency as before. I looked at him and said it was still just chocolate milk. At this point I just left the drink on the counter and told him to just forget about it. Left the store and wrote this review. What a waste of $10.
Friendly and good staff. But, I got my banana split icecream mixed up. I requested for 2 vanilla + 1 strawberry scoops, and specifically said twice to ensure chocolate is substituted with vanilla, but I got 2 vanilla + 1 chocolate. I do not like chocolate flavored icecream, hence my specifically requested twice not tp include chocolate that comes with the banana split. I got it to-go, so I found the mistake only after coming home. Vanilla icecream was great though. Should my review be recommended ? NO. Because, I am a regular to Braum's and I tried this place only after 10:30 p.m, so I should account for the fatigue of the staff's long day probably.

My son and I visited this location a few moments ago. There was a line when we entered; most people were there for the Dunkin Donuts coffee. We waited patiently to select our ice cream while they continued to serve other customers who arrived after us (while also engaging in pointless banter with those customers). When another customer who entered after us went to make his order, he stopped and said, “Oh, no. I think they were here first.” I told them that we had waited for a while but planned to take our business elsewhere. Although the location is convenient, we won’t be returning to this Baskin-Robbins because of today’s experience.

This is the first time I've been to a combination Baskin-Robbins and Duncan Donuts, and I'm impressed. I enjoyed the breakfast sandwich and some ice cream. It makes a great brunch. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
