So amazing. Baseball nut caught my eye the moment I walked in, and I asked to try it. Alas, I began to violently choke on the plentiful nuts embedded in the Baseball Nut. Heroically, Emerson leaped over the counter and lunged at me, giving me the sneaky heimlich. She saved my life, she’s AMAZING. Not all heroes wear capes ❤️

The first time I came to the store, I found really nice girls that hosted me and dad very well. We got to taste most of the flavors and explore. BUT I came to the store today and found an older lady who seemed very bothered when I was trying to pick the flavor I wanted to get which made me very uncomfortable. I then asked her if I could get two different flavors and she refused which really made me upset because she would have easily given me different flavors. I was so unpleased with her service and I don’t even think I would be able to go back to the store with what she did. The milkshake she made too was so tasteless.

On a recent visit, two staff members (Emerson and Isabel) were very kind to my little granddaughter when she dropped her ice cream cone! They replaced it right away, and her tears gave way to a big smile. What wonderful customer service, and a great selection of ice cream, too!

worst experience!! ordered 2/3 rd sheet cake for kid's first birthday. was given a 1/8th sheet cake. also chose chocolate cake, chocolate cream and red wordings. was given yellow cream and black wordings.. utter disaster for what was supposed to be a beautiful memory. when called, they wont even take responsibility for it.
They have a kid running the show here, and with zero help no less! Employee couldn’t make a proper Beach Day shake, add sprinkles to an order and was rude. What?! I give management/owners a big thumbs down for allowing this to happen. Educate and employ proper individuals to do the job. Ridiculous!

This used to be our favorite store, but recently, the owner changed in early 2024, and the new owner/management is not good. We bought a cake for a birthday which say vanilla + chocolate, but it turned out to be vanilla + vanilla.
When we asked the store about their mistake, they made stupid arguments, saying you should call us when you find out which store will be open at midnight. You should bring the cake back once you cut it, and in a moment of celebration, one should pack it back; it is ridiculous. Yes, we got back half of the unused cake as proof as they were not ready to believe the pictures we took.
We finally got the refund, but missing trust in the customer and accepting the store’s mistakes was nowhere near what it should be.

Very rude staff. I went into the cake freezer for a cake and had to move another cake out of the way onto another shelf. The lady looks at me moving the cake and instead of asking if I need help, she goes in behind me to place the rest of the cakes as she wants them in the fridge. She doesn’t ask if I want anything written on the cake at checkout. Just very unappreciative of the business and their customers.
