Bawarchi Biryanis - Plano, Indian Cuisine

If you would like to have your food, with a side of some unknown metal wires this is the place.
We ordered biryani from this place and it had some kind of wire made of metal.
I seriously doubt the quality they maintain in the kitchen.
And this is not a one time bad experience.
Ofcourse it wasn’t metal when i visited the first time.

Don’t know how they are still in business. I had boneless chicken biryani. Irving bawarchi was bad. Thought this might be different. Looks like they all get trained to cook from that one passionless chef. Eat here only if your tastebuds work or if you have worst taste

We have visited here today ordered Hyderabad mutton dum biryani, potlam biryani and veg manchurian. Not even one was good. The biryani’s were too bad and had too much of oil. The only thing which was good is pani puri. I donot recommend this restaurant its waste of money. Very much disappointed….

I ordered ful tandoori by phone and at 09.09pm and the person in phone took my order and said 35mins.After reaching restaurant at 9.45 pm after travelling 6miles the lady at counter said its not ready we just rceived the order at 9.40pm and you need to wait till 10.10pm.Literally we need to wait for 1 hr for tandoori and I really dont understand they told me as its tandoori and it take some time but on the other hand they said they got an order at 9.40pm and asking me to wait till 10.10pm but later they said sry and gave my order at 10.02pm. So here I am confused is that customer care is in India? or they gave the order to resturant is delayed or did these restaurant guys are telling LIES or the food that ordered is not fresh as they gave me in 12min ??? and though food is not fresh but it seems to appear this all stuff is scam...They are justing looting publics money by their acts and food.Never go to this restaurant though it is big brand in US...But SCAM....

I placed an To-Go order 30mins ago and after I reached to restaurant, I waited for 30 more minutes, total 1hour. They promised me getting food in 20mins but the scene was different. Please make sure getting food from there for Takeout.

Very disappointing experience. The food tasted so bad that we couldn’t continue eating after a few bites. We ended up leaving all the food untouched. Definitely not what we expected, and we won’t be returning.
