The service was terrible. The cashier at the takeout counter was incredibly rude. My food was excessively salty, and the chocolate shake tasted stale, as if it had been sitting out for a day.

He replied, “How can you expect food to be?”

The refrigerator’s noise was disrupting the vibe and was quite distracting.

Mostly got stale and flavour less food when ever I visited, the service sucks, very delayed service and irresponsible staff , just a chai place , pani puri was worst when I visited , spoiled my taste buds

❌❌❌Disappointed with my experience here. The first time, I ordered paneer biryani but received chicken biryani instead. Gave them another chance same day 😂, but the second time, I ordered again paneer biryani and got pulav instead. Consistently getting the wrong order is frustrating. Won’t be coming back.

My only complaint was about goat dum biryani. I hardly found 5 pieces in there. $17.99 for 5 pieces? It’s just looting. Never going there and won’t recommend

I ordered their Friday special Military Chicken Biryani, and it was one of the worst biryanis I've ever had. The chicken lacked flavor, and the masala was underwhelming. While eating, I noticed water seeping out from the gravy, but the rice itself was just soaked and lacked any real flavor from the gravy. On top of that, the rice was undercooked—even after microwaving it at home, it remained hard and uncooked. I had tried their biryani a couple of years ago, and it was much better back then, but this time, it was a huge disappointment. Overall, it was a bad experience.

Overall it gave the India experience. The mutton curry with dosa had 40% mutton and 60% bones. The food was tasty, but service was less than comfortable chaotic and slow. There are plenty of better options around.

I placed an Uber eats order which got delivered totally wrong with the missing items. And when I try to call the helpdesk or Customer Service, there’s no one available. I don’t know this is if this is the way a business to be around if you are there or not delivering as per Uber eats order they should not take Uber eats order
