During my visit, there were no plates or serving spoons provided, and the staff's response was quite rude when requested. I came here to try pani puri, expecting their live chat timings from 4pm to 12am as mentioned on Instagram. However, I was informed they serve chaat around 5:15pm every day, which wasn't mentioned anywhere as far as I remember. Unfortunately, after waiting for 40 minutes, I had to have puri’s that were not fresh and tasted like regular store-bought puri’s. Overall, I didn't have a good experience here. I hope they provide accurate timings in the future.

The level of service is pathetic. The ambiance is just noisy. The place smells smoke as there is smokers all around the place.I was made to wait one hour for the pickup. No one seem to be bothered at the front desk for the delay and kept evading. If you can’t take an order and get it ready on time, why don’t you say it upfront that you can’t. You save your customer’s time. And the management expects that I am going to recommend this place to someone? Really?
