Today I went to eat their fried chicken, the experience service is very bad, the woman wearing glasses is Korean, this woman is very racist to me and my friend two people!! She chewed gum without any smile, and even after I finished the purchase order, gave me a look of disgust, which really made me feel very angry!! We consumers go out to eat just to be served well, but this restaurant is not only racist! Not to mention service!

Cannot find the lunch menu online but want to order to go. Called the restaurant, the lady can hardly speak English, cut my line abruptly. I think she told me to check online if I can hear what she was saying. She refused to tell me on the phone and take my order. Very rude and unprofessional. Will never give them business again!!

The staff was welcoming and polite during the brief interaction when picking up. The order was ready by the estimated time.Bold flavors in their sauces and seasonings. The honey garlic and their special sauce were on the sweet side and had a notable garlic flavor, which I like. The crust was very crispy with the white meat pieces having a thicker crust.For the dark meats, they were fairly juicy but o have had juicer Korean Fried Chicken. The white meat pieces were on the drier side and combined with the thick crust, it was more like a chicken nugget candy.

I’m so happy this location opened closer to Frisco! I have never had chicken that tastes this fresh! I have loved this place since I ran across it in 2019 and now I can enjoy it closer to home. Love it love it!
Walked in and was instantly greeted by the kind staff. Place was clean, nice and had a great vibe with some nice k pop music playing. I had the secret sauce wings and they instantly reminded me of KFC throwback BBQ wings (of course they weren't BBQ flavored but the texture and the crunch of the chicken was amazing!) Will make this a regular spot.

I ordered hot spicy chicken and cheesling and Ddeok Bokki. It was 100% authentic Korean fried chicken. Food was very fresh.It’s much much better than Carrollton location. Servers are really professional.I am definitely going back here. I highly recommend it here. ( soy garlic , honey garlic, cheesling and secret sauce is my all the time favorite)
Warning:The lady Korean and old male worker in there so bad ,so means cursing customer is very rude .this is the first time I’ve seen a restaurant treat customers badly !!!!!!!
