Me and my husband came here for his birthday. We walked in and the place seemed alright. The restaurant was completely empty. Which isn't a problem, the problem is that they were out everything. This is a Saturday night at 6:15pm they weren't prepared and we just walked out.

Tried to give the benefit of the doubt. The service was great, staff was very nice, but the food was not good.
I didn't want the staff to feel bad for what the kitchen did. The shrimp was over cooked but edible. Maybe a little mushy and hard to peal but it was okay to eat. No flavor though. Muscles were VERY salty. Too much salt. I stopped trying to eat the muscles because of this, over half left on the plate. The sauce was not spicy and had no flavor, very oily. The salt made it worse. The crab was okay but a very small cluster, and very little meat. Potato was not good. Corn was good, probably the only thing that had flavor. I don't recommend until they make changes with Kitchen staff. Place was nice and clean.
About $35 for the order.

This place is a bit hit and miss, to be honest. It’s definitely a hole-in-the-wall, and the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. The bathroom is even worse, and the food quality is inconsistent. The all-you-can-eat deal is a good price when the food is cooked properly, but it’s not always the case. They’re always out of something, like blue crab and baby squid. The service is also lacking. You have to flag down the server to get anyone to your table, and they never clear anything from the table. The women servers can barely understand English, which makes communication difficult when ordering.
My husband enjoys their NOLA, which is why we keep coming back. I like the Cajun butter sauce, but it never tastes the same each time we go. I hope someone can turn this restaurant around before it’s too late.

Ive been a customer for this place for years
But i feel it’s going back in food quality/ service / cleanliness, another thing upsets me even though Im not a blue crab fan( In all my visits here they’ve never have blue crab but they keep advertising it on the all you can eat menu).
Food quality is going back i do recommend that they should take care of the place from a quality stand point as well service etc…

I do feel sad about this place, when we use to visit it on Saturdays afternoon, this place used to be super busy, when we visited it last time there was only 4 people dining !

Unfortunately our review is based off of the lack of service and food. We went in on Valentine’s Day and had to wait for a table to be cleaned which was completely understandable, then we waited over 10 minutes before we could get someone to come over and we asked for waters atleast and they walked away and tended to other tables for an additional 5 minutes before we decided to leave. It was also awkwardly quiet with absolutely none of the tabs on or music…

I love the seafood it’s very good but the place really needs some TLC. The customer service and overall atmosphere have gone downhill. The long wait times were frustrating, and I noticed multiple customers leaving. There was no music, which made the space feel dull. Adding music could really bring some character back to the place & more communication from the servers to the customers. would hate for this place to close down due to lack of customer service & returning customers no longer coming back ,some cleaning would be nice same stains on walls and floors from the previous time I visited two months ago

Need to know basis only

By far, the worst dining experiences in my lifetime. I eat out often and this restaurant not only looked like it had better days, but it was FILTHY and the service horrible! The menu looked like it had never been wiped down. The women's bathroom sink looks like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks and there was no toilet paper on the roll and only a small amount on a roll on the counter next to the toilet. A sign next to the mirror read, "No throw up in sink".

The service is rated a zero. I had to ask for everything, including a menu, the check, another drink, cocktail sauce, and salt/pepper. With trepidation, I ordered a dozen oysters on the 1/2 shell, and despite being their only customer during lunchtime, it took 15 mins to come to the table. He never came back to check on me when after he delivered the food, instead, he hid behind the counter on a stool paying more attention to his phone than me. I had to wait a long time for him to retrieve my credit card to pay, so I ended up leaving cash instead.

Half of the menu was not avaliable, including draft beer, gumbo, and many of the bottle beer options listed on the menu. No lemons, just limes. There was no silverware, just plastic and no salt/pepper shakers. It was like they were still operating on COVID restrictions. Since the salt was in a small take-out cup, I ended up over salting my meal since it was difficult to manage the amount that came out.

As for the food... I ordered oysters on 1/2 shell, which I was a but skeptical of. The server said they were delivered on Wednesday and it os Saturday. I stopped eating them after a few because they just were not as fresh as what I'm used to. They had a dirty flavor, like the water they were sitting in hadn't been changed. The scallop and muscle boil seemed the same way, the seafood was not fresh and had no seasoning at all. The server said they only boil in the spices. There were no spices on the boil itself. I had to add salt and pepper to flavor it. The best part of the meal were the boiled potatoes and corn. They did comp me $5 for the oysters when I pointed out their flavor.

Honestly, I don't know how this place stays open. I won't be going back.

Was wanting to try this spot for the first time but they closed at 8p on a saturday night. When online and door says 10pm. I asked nicely what the reason was for closing early but they didn’t want to give me an answer. Lost a customer!!

We always get the 13 spices combo 3 with an additional pound of mussels and it’s delicious every time! We’ve had the tall man with glasses serve us several times and he’s fairly attentive and nice.
