Came in and was shown all the coolest flavors and felt so welcomed by James. Super friendly and helped me pick out the best flavor. Havent been in a store in forever. Will definitely be back. The cake selection is phenomenal and they have a design for every season. Highly recommend.

I ordered “milk and cookies” which is exactly what was listed online. And received “chocolate milk and cookies” it’s solid fudge and it’s disgusting. I will be sticking with baskin Robbin’s where I can count on their cookies and cream, to be cookies and cream.

I would give this location a 0 rating if possible. The manager exhibits a poor attitude. I feel sympathy for the employees who work there. Placing a special order is also challenging due to difficulties in communication, and their lack of customer service. This establishment does not accurately represent Ben & Jerry’s. Disappointing.

You know, $10.55 is expensive for an ice cream cone. I get it, it’s specialty ice cream. But the ice cream was melting as snoop dog was putting it in the cone. It was a bit runny but still good. I guess I better stock up Ben&Jerrys pints and buy my own cones. I didn’t think tariffs were within the United States.
Worse customer service ever on this Sunday afternoon (6/8/25) at 2:30 PM. The person behind the counter was in a nasty rude mood! Never going back as long as employees there act this way. She behaved as if customers were a burden. Embarrassing at best. Hire better people!

Lots of great flavors especially if you like peanut butter or chocolate peanut butter. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable in all the flavors. They have a lot of vegan or non dairy flavors as well which is great. They sample flavors as well and offer hand packed pints if there isn't any of that flavor in their fridge.
