Staff was friendly but the milkshake I ordered tasted more like milk than the ice cream. Disappointing for $8.

My sorbet had sprinkles and brown spots in it. I am going to assume they aren't cleaning the utensils and it wasn't anything bad. Went straight to the trash.

Hardly any place to sit. The workers were not trained very well in customer service.

First and last time at B&J. The person helping us shook his head in annoyance while we ordered and seemed indifferent from the moment we walked in. He was visibly irritated that we didn’t automatically know the cone options and never offered guidance. I ordered a cone but got a cup—didn’t care, just wanted ice cream—but he continued acting annoyed while my girlfriend ordered, silently pointing at the cones while looking like ??, turning and shaking his head. If you dislike your job, that’s not the customer’s problem. I put my ice cream down, thanked him, and left.

Great ice cream from the one bite I took, but not worth tolerating such poor service.

Went last Thursday afternoon. The one person working never even looked up from their phone when we walked in. As we were walking past the ice cream, I could tell some had 'freezer frost'. Plan was to use the restroom before ordering. Restroom was dirty and did not have toilet paper. Went back to ordering area and the one worker still never looked up at us or acknowledged us in anyway. We just left.

My visit to Ben & Jerry’s was extremely disappointing. The employees seemed clueless and unhelpful, and the customers were even worse. I went in for just one scoop of ice cream, but a family was monopolizing the place, taking their sweet time with samples and crowding the area. Some even cut in front of me, and half of them didn’t even buy anything.

The staff did nothing to address the situation or expedite my simple request. Instead, they indulged the rude family, leaving me waiting far too long. When I finally got my ice cream, there was no apology for the wait. To top it off, I was charged $7 for a small scoop and $2 for water.

The ice cream itself was good, but the overall experience was terrible. It’s not worth the hassle—buy a tub from Target instead. I won’t be coming back.

I just wanted to thank you and give kudos to Angie for the work she did in making our National Ice Cream Sundae Sunday at church a success! We could not have done it without her.
She was punctual and knew what to do as soon as she came in. She did a great job last year and even did better one this year. Not to mention, we served more this year than last year.

I loved her energy and spirit and she was a joy to have. Her knowledge and expertise showed as we talked during set up, and even as she was loading her station up to leave. She was a blessing!!
We appreciated her service and hope to see her again next year. We just wanted to thank you Angie for doing a fantastic job!!??????

We ordered a smash cake (meaning, a cake for a young child, it was cut into and eaten in slices, not actually smashed..."LOL") Strange experience ordering. I love Ben & Jerry's and have always wanted to try the actual location. The cake was just okay. They have brownie filling between layers of icecream, and it seemed to be more of that than icecream honestly. Regardless of the weight of icecream, it was still A LOT of brownie compared to icecream. It was worked for why we ordered it of course, we used it in photos and to eat, not to smash, but probably won't get again, especially for the cost. (around $50) would also skip on having them decorate, respectfully.

They need to immediately return this location to its natural state! Relinquish the building, the property, and do a proper demolition. Clean up all rubble and restore the location to its proper glory before B&J took the spot. Disgusting war loving ice cream conquers!
