Pretty decent service. The lady there was just leaning back on the counter behind her looking very tired and irritated, like she didn't want to be there. But I guess that's not my business. She could've had a bad day or something. The interior is pretty small, but clean for the most part. There was little room for indoor seating so I recommend eating it to go or outside if you have a big party. We didn't have anyone in front of us, so the people behind the counter were just waiting for our entire party to take turns to order. (We had a big party of 13 people) So we didn't have to wait long since we were the only company there. The ice cream was pretty good, very fresh and cold. The Tonight Dough with Jimmy Fallon was kinda strong in chocolate flavor, so I liked the Churray For Churro flavor better. Overall pretty tasty though. I liked how the setup was pretty bright and colorful, with nice displays and lighting.

Came here to get an ice cream and the girl was with AirPods, didn't even acknowledge that I was there. Waiting a few minutes and nothing, decided to not buy anything, worst place ever.

Came in yesterday excited to try some new flavors, asked the larger girl behind the counter what her favorite flavors were. She said "I hate ice cream" I thought she was joking but she quite aggressively said "anyone who works in an ice cream shop hates ice cream" I looked confused then she said "do you want to eat a cup of sugar everyday?!" What in the world is going on here, these staff need some training/help.Edit after response from owner:That is not what happened. My account of the interaction was spot on, are you really gonna say this didn't happen? That's ludacris. Changing to one star since I'm being called a liar now. Way to handle that appropriately.

We purchased 2 waffle ice cream cones (one of them with sprinkles), each with a double scoop of ice cream. Our tab was $18.66 - just under $9 per ice cream cone. The ice cream was great, but the waffle cones were not. They tasted old/stale and didn’t have the crunch of a fresh cone, rather they had that chewy tear of a stale cone. I honestly wavered on even getting a waffle cone because the display of chocolate covered cones showed discoloration on the chocolate, which happens when the chocolate sits out too long.The store is pretty dirty as well, a LOT of visible grime on the floors in particular. The whole place could use a deep clean. For indoor seating, there’s one bench along the wall. However, it sits right in front of the cake fridge which emits a loud, high pitched buzz, and has a ton of dirt and grime under it. Not fun to sit and look at. There are some outdoor metal tables, but at 104 degrees those weren’t very usable.This location used to be lovely but I think given this experience, paired with the cost, that we will stick to buying pints at the store. $9 a cone is pretty steep, even if the ambiance were better.

I loved the flavor Phish Food (not sure if that's how it's spelled, but it's like rocky road without nuts except WAY BETTER).I've had several great experiences here, and the birthday cakes I get are absolutely gorgeous. The staff is super friendly, especially when they catered at my office. Highly recommend :D

They need to immediately return this location to its natural state! Relinquish the building, the property, and do a proper demolition. Clean up all rubble and restore the location to its proper glory before B&J took the spot. Disgusting war loving ice cream conquers!

Good ice cream but literally the smallest scoops I have ever seen.Their double dip cone was smaller than everyone else's single dip yet cost three times the price.We will never go back to this tiny overpriced broom closet of an ice cream shop. There isn't even room to eat it inside so head out into 100 degrees weather.
