Not very entertaining. Was charged for the fried rice which never been charged that before at a hibachi. Drink prices were outrageous.

Ok I did take out and got a salad $7 and wow I can count the lettuce in the serving bowl. I know they are not having a shortage on vegetables But this is ridiculous this salad is $2-3 worth, if that. Now when you go into the resturant they are skimpy about the dressing for the salad but heck I got more dressing than the salad. Please the math is not mathing. Thank you benihana for again not giving my money worth.

We booked our Valentine's dinner reservation almost a month in advance. When we arrived 10 minutes early, the hostess advised us they're running an hour behind (LITERALLY). We even confirmed our reservation when we got the reminder text a week in advance. We decided to go somewhere else as it was already long enough since we had eaten anything.

My experience was very different yesterday! No lunch on Fridays as it is now considered the weekend as the server says it's per new owner policy. There was only a special menu available and the yum yum is now $2 a serving even though I don't the other sauces. I have been a faithful patron for at least 20 years going back to when I lived in the Cleveland Ohio area but my loyalty club coupon seemed to be an issue even when the email/barcode was presented. I am very disappointed that I will probably have to find different hibachi restaurant.
2 week reservation told that they are 45 mins to an hour behind?! Terrible management of your guests

A fun and classy dinner with my son on his birthday! Beautiful location and great parking. The filet mignon and colossal shrimp were fabulous. The margaritas strong and Edemame fresh!

Went there for my birthday and took my father there for the first time to celebrate. Had an Asian female server Jan 19th around 3pm. Rude, dismissive. Didn’t ask us for basic things like forks etc when rest of the table was asked, didn’t explain rewards, didn’t ask if we needed anything, didn’t ask to go boxes, didn’t give items included in our order order such as dessert. When asked she acted like she was doing us a favor. I’ve been there multiple times and I’ve never been treated this way. Very disappointed. Spoke to manager and he stated it was because they were short staffed. I understand you’re short staffed but that doesn’t explain the fact that you ask the rest of the table if they need anything and don’t ask us… I’m sorry but seems like racism. Even the other guests at the table noticed and were unsure why the server was acting that way. Told her I have rewards… she told me write it down but didn’t offer pen… when asked didn’t bring until othe other guest pulled it out from her purse.dismissive, rude, not the birthday experience we pay premium prices for at Benihana. Very disappointing
To owner: I went the the website 2 weeks ago and haven’t heard back. If you’re gonna offer to “listen” please follow through. Seems like another marketing hack to retain/make customers
