We came here to get chicken and mutton biryani. They were both so horrible that we stopped eating after one bite — we packed it up and threw it outside to not offend. It was very expensive too. I’ve never stopped eating food after one bite before

I ordered chicken dum biryani and chicken 65 from this place, instead I received colored rice that was soaked in oil with no flavor and fried chicken that is bland and has no flavor at all. Disappointing experience

Their service is great. But their biryani’s are terrible. Used to be so good. Having very bad experience from my last 3 orders. Every time I think of giving a try again, they keep disappointing me. I am never going to order here again. Hope they would improve after seeing this review.

Worst experience ever in an Indian restaurant in Dallas. Been to this place on Friday afternoon for lunch. Placed order on call but took literally an hour to give the order. Ordered shawarma which tasted worse and was super hard to even chew. And also ordered ramba chicken and rumali roti both tasted worse. Don’t get fooled by fake instagram reels. This place sucks in every department. Receptionist was rude in handling customers, no timely delivery of food. No dine in option available. There’s one price on the menu and they charged more for the food. When asked about the price difference, they rudely replied saying that’s the old menu on the display. The prices are on the expensive side and food taste like cardboard. Take my word and avoid this place at all costs. Save money and sanity.

We ordered chicken dum biryani it had taste of just garam masala. It was not even a biryani. We could tell by the look and the taste it was not fresh. Huge disappointment will never order again.
The worst chicken shawarma I’ve ever had! I ordered one with rumali roti, but they served it with chapati instead. When I pointed it out, they insisted it was rumali roti, not chapati. On top of that, it had no taste and smelled unpleasant. Truly disappointing!

DO NOT BELIEVE THEM!!! the menu in website and insta pages is not available. They never really started them. But when you call them, they say full menu is available. By that they mean 4-5 curries a few dum biryanis and rumali roti, nothing else. Within last month I called them twice before going to the restaurant, they said they have full menu and you know what , both times they only have those few items I mentioned. Wait time is 30 mins always no matter what you order.

I did like the food but the place is not at all suitable for dine in. It is more like TOGO place . And the cost is bit more. I feel it should be priced less for the given quantity. And they didn’t even pack the food properly. I have seen few cockroaches also. Neatness should be maintained
