Johnathan was awesome sauce. He said he used to be able to do a backflip which is cool. Food was good too. Johnathan has great energy.

Jonathan at BJ’s Brewhouse in Plano is the kind of server who makes you forget you came in “just for dinner” and leave feeling like you accidentally attended a really fun, perfectly hosted event.
From the moment he stopped by, he was witty without trying too hard (a rare talent), genuinely customer-centric, and somehow made our table feel instantly comfortable—like we were regulars he’d been taking care of for years. His food suggestions were spot-on, and he had that magical ability to read the vibe and recommend exactly what we’d enjoy (not just what was easiest to upsell).
And then… the Pepsi float. Yes, a Pepsi float. Jonathan turned a simple craving into a mini celebration. It was one of those “how is this so simple yet so perfect?” moments—and it absolutely made the night.
Honestly, Jon is full of wit and brought a dull dinner back to life. He made the whole experience vibrant, warm, and memorable in the best way. We’ll be back at BJ’s—and not just for the food—we’ll be back to see Jonathan

I have always enjoyed BJ’s in the past, however, this visit got off to a bumpy start. But they made a decent comeback.
When our food came we did not have any napkins or utensils. And we waited several minutes but no one came around. So I had to go back to the kitchen to get them. My wife’s fries arrived cold and I was missing my side salad.
But when the waiter finally came around to ask if everything was okay and was told what was lacking, he got right on it. Soon my wife had a nice hot bowl of fries and I had my salad.
We tried the new butterfinger pizookie, and I found it disappointing. But then I’m not that big of a fan of chocolate (the cookie was basically a brownie). Next time I’ll stick with my personal favorite: white chocolate macadamia nut pizookie.

Was went into bjs this afternoon expecting good service, what we received was BEYOND our expectations. Johnathan is a beacon of light shining down on us all. He was so kind and energetic, and it immediately lighted up all of our moods. Thank you for the amazing service Johnathan!

I love the food and the amazing people here especially our waiter Johnathon who is an amazing waiter who greeted me with the most wonderful smile and was very happy to see us just like seeing an old friend again, I highly recommend coming here and I hope you get Johnathon!!!!

The food just took way too long to get out. Our server Tristan was amazing, but when having to deal with the manager (didn’t get her name), it was EXTREMELY unpleasant. She was rude, unprofessional, and provided no service whatsoever, and our experience was only salvaged by Tristan’s hospitality. Food was normal but it took over an hour

Just left BJ’s Plano Texas. This is the 2nd time in a row I received the worst service ever. My wife and I ordered the 13 dollar lunch Pazookie deal and my mother in law ordered a soup and salad. We received our entrees before the salad. My wife and I did not receive 1 refill for our entire meal finally a really sweet girl who said she was training finally refilled our drinks and took our desert order. I wish I could remember her name. Our server Ashley needs to go back into training. The young lady was awesome!!! It took Ashley 5 minutes to get my check. No manager ever came over. It was very slow in the restaurant. Do not eat here.

Scarlett was our server tonight and she did a great job! She was a blast to talk to and always made sure we had refills. Food was great, especially my smokehouse bbq burger. Everything was outstanding, except for the Bears getting robbed by the Rams (but that probably isn't the restaurant's fault 😂).

Very good food time and excellent service, they missed on the added avocado the first time but it was an easy fix. Johnathan, our waiter, was awesome!
