I live near a Blackrock in McKinney and I work next to this one in Plano. Everytime I come to this location I am always disappointed, I wish the consistency was the same across the board. But I guess I’ll just keep getting my coffee in McKinney.
Don’t get the ice tea. It was horrible. Tasted like moldy water.

Once Upon a Time… There Was Cream Cheese
Black Rock, you used to be the chosen one. You gave me toasted bagels with a generous, glorious schmear of cream cheese. A morning ritual so perfect it could bring tears to a tired commuter’s eyes. It was art. It was love. It was pre-spread.
But now? Now you hand me a dry bagel in a sad little bag, with two cold cream cheese packets and a plastic knife like I’m being sent to snack detention. I didn’t sign up for a DIY project at 7am. If I wanted to struggle through a bagel like it’s an IKEA assembly kit, I’d stay home.
I still love your coffee and I love your Fuel. I still want to love you. But I miss the days when your bagels were a warm hug, not a lesson in self-reliance.
Please bring back the magic.

First time here. Good coffee but bad burritos! Shouldn’t burritos come with salsa? I was charged with $0.50 for 2 package of salsa…. totally off guard.
Furthermore, burritos were full of fatty meats. Very disappointed.
My fatty meat burritos experience Fuel My Story indeed.

I’ve been here several times and had issues almost every time. Their matcha is VERY bad, they don’t sift it and they mix it with a metal whisk and don’t get any foam, as well as the quality is bad. The Fuel drinks are good but not amazing and asking 1.25$ for the drink not to have ice seems like a lot. In general, I think there are other coffee shops that are more worth the money.

The espresso is very good, and the baristas were nice. The burrito is very strange though. It cannot have been home made with the strange filling I found inside. I honestly didn’t know what the filling was, but it didn’t taste like egg. Otherwise, I liked the latte I had.
Great spot for a little meeting. Love the vibe, friendly, great 90’s playlist on Sundays. Standard coffee, pretty good prices. Pastries/food selection can use improvement.
Always the nicest staff!!! Love them!
Horrible tasting coffee. I had to throw it out!
However, what shocked me most is the fact that they asked for a tip while picking up my order at the drive-thru!! Like, who does that?!
I have travelled to 20+ countries from the east to the west, and lived in 5 countries so far and I have never ever encountered such an entitlement!!
I have been to other drive thru in coffee shops in Plano where I was never asked for tip!! Smh..
