Wow. Just wow. I was about to order on DoorDash So I figured I would call to check if the mango smoothie had dairy in it, I’ve called about other items on other stores menus before and never received a single problem. The man who answered was talking in quite a strange way almost immediately, but I figured it is 8 o’clock at night. He may be tired, so I did not bother to mention it. I just informed him I was calling about a simple question about an item on the menu He responded “ My owner is not here.” Strange way to phrase it, but I didn’t think it was an issue, so I said oh no it’s a quite simple question anyone in the store could easily get it. His response was “ No, I can’t help you” Again, in a very strange voice I responded and said “trust me it’s just about an ingredient in one of your drinks. This is a very simple question. And I’m not asking for anything to be changed. Don’t worry. “ His response was again “ oh……… I don’t ….. know “ I would also like anyone who reads this to know that he was American, he absolutely understood English, and this was not a simple language barrier. I was completely baffled at this point, and did not even know what to say so I said “ well what do you think I’m trying to ask you” His response was “uhhhh……. what ….me?”. As you can tell his responses were not even correlating to the situation at all. I asked once or twice more and was met with the same response until.. abruptly when I was talking still being polite about the entire situation I heard a beep, he had hung up on me. Now I hate to say this, but it was very clear, he was on some sort of alcohol or drug. It was 8pm, they are closing in two hours and he figured a few more customers would have to mind his sloppy mannerisms. I certainly hope he is not the one making the drinks because I guarantee somebody will ether get something they’re allergic to or be served with something inedible in their drink from how he was talking. I will never order from here and I will never go in the shop for my own safety because of their employees. I recorded the call and will be putting it online. This is extremely concerning. I felt like I was having a conversation with a homeless person. I do not recommend the store for anybody’s safety. Very unprofessional, which is very disappointing to say, as I was excited to order.

I really love this place. The boba is of course great, but more importantly, the service from the Boba Guru Bin Li is what makes my frequent visits so special. Come to this shop for delicious boba and the cool aesthetic and environment, but stay and return for the outstanding service of Bin Li!

Amazing boba! I love boba and wanted some on this warm day. BobaGuru was perfect! I'm surprised how empty it was, there was no one there! The guy working (i didn't get his name) was so nice. I needed time to look for the menu, asked questions and he was so nice when answering. The place is super cute inside, they have board games if you want to stay and play. I got the brown sugar coffee latte and it was amazing! And the boba was perfectly cooked. I will definitely add it to my Lovelist!

Probably one of the best boba places around! You can taste the quality. Not just a boba place that dumps flavored powder into their drinks. Even the sweetness level is spot on. Highly recommend!

Great service! I had ordered a drink and was not too satisfied with the taste, but the kind gentleman running the cashier made me a replacement milk tea and it was really delicious. The location is quiet, spacious, plenty of outlets, perfect for studying or working.
