I had a wonderful time celebrating my wife's birthday. The manager personally gave us a great booth and made her day special! I will be back for sure!! Wonderful food and fabulous service.

I can't say this enough. THE BEST DIRTY MARTINI!! Best steals and the best service in the Dallas area. It's better than the downtown location.

The food is consistently good, but what made our evening outstanding is the service we received from our waiter, Abel, and Sommelier, Nicolas. Nicolas was extremely knowledgeable in helping us select a great wine to complement our delicious Wagu Filets. Of all Bob's Steak & Chop Houses, the Plano location is the best for ambience and service.

Just when I think it can't get any better, I have a night like tonight. The service, the food, and the wine was as great as I've ever had. Thanks guys!!!

The food and the service was top-notch. We were seated in one of the back rooms which is much quieter than the main area near the bar, which was nice. Our server, Darrin, has a great personality and sense of humor, which added to our enjoyment of the evening.

Excellent service, superb food, but noise level was awful! Next time we'll ask to be seated in a different area-main dining area you could hardly have a conversation and we went early!

We chose to go to Bob's for a birthday celebration. We were well attended, and our experience was fantastic. Thank you to the General Manager, the sommelier, and our server for helping to create a beautiful memory!

Our server, Amin, gave us great recommendations and was very attentive. Steak was absolutely perfect, buttery and juicy and cooked just right. Ask for the jalapeño mashed potatoes as a side; you won’t be disappointed. They’re smoky and creamy.

My family was in town and we decided on Bob's because of the great reviews and it did not disappoint at all. Our server was super engaging and funny. The food was incredible too. We ended up staying past closing accidentally and we were treated extremely well still. Dress well, buy a bottle of wine and enjoy the experience.

I never give anyone the top score. Everyone can improve, and if they get the top score, there's nowhere to go but down. That said, the service was outstanding. Eddie was fantastic. We were visited by two different managers ensuring everything was going well and that the food was excellent. My wife had the pork chop, and I had the lamb. It was all excellent. Before trying Bob's rack of lamb last night, the only place I've really enjoyed the lamb other that here is Michel's at The Colony Surf in Honolulu. Their onion rings are outstanding, and their bread is melt-in-your-mouth. I've been going to Bob's since the week they opened way back in the late-90s or early-2000s, and it's been exquisite all those years. Keep up the great job.

We have been going to Bob's for years, but this was our first trip to the Plano location. We will be back, sooner than usual. The four of us cannot stop talking about Cesar's service. He is one of the best servers we have ever had wait on us ANYWHERE (and we all are in the industry and dine out 2-3 times per week) - he was polite, charasmatic, knowledgable and an obvious pro! One of our pet peeves is being rushed through a meal and he paced the meal perfectly. We cant wait to come back and request to be in his section again. Thank you!
