Bob's Steak & Chop House

Amazing place to eat! Server was great and the server from a previous visit stopped by the table to say hi. The food was exceptional, but you'd better come hungry!

Bobs never disappoints. Always excellent food and tremendous customer service. For steaks you just can't beat them.

Started off with a drink at the bar, and the service and drinks were fantastic. Once we sat down, our waiter was very attentive full of energy. The Bone-in KC Strip and Filet were fantastic. When making our reservation, I noted we were celebrating a special occasion and our waiter called it out as soon as we sat down and offered us a complimentary dessert (Key Lime pie), which was excellent. Overall, we had a great experience!!!

Ivan was wonderful! Fantastic steaks, drinks, and service. We really appreciated that they memorized our last name and addressed us as such. Top notch!

I had a large ribeye that was good, but my date ordered the smaller size ribeye and her steak was not. This made an awkward situation for her as she wasn’t eating so I sent it back after trying it myself. I understand bad cuts go out occasionally but there was more than just one bad steak.

Our bread came out as one large round bread unsliced and it was doughy/undercooked in the middle even though piping hot on the outside. Also, a server not paying attention stepped on my foot when topping off my water and the desert we got was not that fresh and had a sort of soggy outside.

All put together, I wish I had gone to another steakhouse and likely won’t be returning.

I've never been disappointed! Everyone is friendly & helpful. Food is awesome. This is my family's celebration resturant. We are fans of Bobs.

I only gave 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ because I couldn't give more. From our welcome at the host station, the team behind the bar and the servers ( all of them ) on the floor and the incredible food from starters to dessert, Bob's Steak & Chop House Plano did not and never does disappoint. Already looking forward to our next visit there !!

Bob's Steak and Chop House has a busy and dim atmosphere inside, great service, and some delicious steaks. The lobster bisque is excellent, large portions and generous service. Very good restaraunt.

Bob's never disappoints! It's my favorite steakhouse. Justin, our server, was amazing and attentive. We were celebrating our 30th anniversary and manager and staff acknowledged the celebration many times. Can't say enough good things. Food is always delicious!

I was celebrating my birthday. We had a great server and food was perfectly prepared. I appreciated management coming over as well.

I placed my reservation days in advance with birthday requests for my fiancé and the staff made his dinner one for the books. We had an absolutely amazing experience!

We went to Bob's on a Saturday night. It was busy but we arrived about 25mins early of our reservation - we were seated immediately. I cannot over emphasize how good the service is. Our waiter was great. recommendations and options were presented smoothly and with great explanations. The food was simply amazing, perfectly cooked on all counts and the the wine paired perfectly. For date or occasion I'm not sure you could find a better place for dinner if your into steak at all.
