Both traditional entrées like chicken katsu and localized fusions such as curry ramen with karaage are remarkably tasty. The chashu is probably the best I’ve ever had, including my years living in Japan.
You order and pay at the counter, pour your own water, sit wherever you like, and wait for the food to be brought out. It’s a great example of a fast casual model done right, where full table service adds essentially no value despite the expected gratuity.

We had the Chicken Katsu Curry, Beef Bulgogi and Chicken Karaage and they were all excellent! (There was even a Miso soup included with the Katsu curry!)
Excellent place for a quick bite or takeaway - would recommend!

My only complaint is that the restaurant was difficult to find because it wasn't on the sign that has all shops in the plaza listed.
Chasu bowl was SO tasty. Definitely gonna get that at least once a month.

Food here is delicious, very reasonably priced for the amount you get. Completely recommend the bols fries! Staff is very friendly, and a nice atmosphere to have lunch.
This is literally the best ramen I have ever had hands down! They always have the best pork miso base and never once has it ever been less than 10/10. They also always make sure when I request the side of pickled jalapeños. Literally bomb. Thank you for always having the best food ever.

I tried bao bun pork , i must say it was one of the best i’ve tried so far. The server was very sweet and helped me with sauce station. I will come here again to try other dishes. This place is cozy and nice price range for food. Highy recommend for food and people here

Build your own Ramen is 13.99 but there is an additional 2$ that is not on the menu. She could not explain why there is an additional charge. She did not suggest to wave of the charge. Just a bad experience.
