I used to be a regular here, but the new people who work here are rude and get my order wrong every single time yet never apologize or offer to remake it. Their chicken has also changed noticeably where there’s less sauce on it and it tastes very different. Miss the old girls who would work here, they were always so kind and I would always give large tips. So disappointing…

This is the best bar/restaurant there is in Plano. The manager and their staff are amazing and very friendly, welcoming, and hospitality. Great place to hangout and I would recommend this place to friends and family.

I have been coming to Boomerjack’s for a few years now. I originally would go to the location in Fairview, then work took me closer to the Location off of 121. From the food, to the atmosphere, to the servers, and even management, I love this restaurant chain. It’s probably safe to say that I eat here anywhere between 2 to 4 times a week on average. Keep up the good work!

All went well. Food is good. Staff are somewhat attentive. They haven't learned to make quick visual of other tables for someone trying to get their attention before they walk away from their section. Hopefully they will be trained for that. Helps customer satisfaction and turns tables faster. I'm sure sales would increase, as well.
