We haven’t been to Boston Market since the 90’s… wow. Things have certainly changed. There’s no working air conditioning, the bathrooms were filthy, my fried chicken was so hard I couldn’t bite through it, the gravy was so hot it burned my husband’s hand because it spilled all over him. Certainly the employees were pleasant and replaced the inedible food, but even the rotisserie chicken was hard to bite through. Please stay away from this restaurant at all costs. We spent $40 just to be completely miserable and I’m so incredibly frustrated that we wasted one of our only family days at this restaurant.

Great salad at super prices! Love Boston Market for quick meals that feel like home cooked! So much better than the average burger...

Not bad food in a rush. A good alternatove for fried foods. Very dated dining room. Right out of the 80's/90's.

Stopped at this location to see if it was better than the Preston Rd location. I will say it's head and shoulders above! I'm not sure what's happened, but Boston Market seems to have gone from the busy place to be to get a good quality better than home-cooked meal to overlooked. I remember standing in line in the past almost always and the smell of fresh rotisserie chicken that knocked you out.I asked for all dark and we eceived white. My bad for not noticing until I cut into it. Ethel breastbwas not bad... but not as juicy as I remember from the locationbi frequented in Raleigh, NC.

Should be shut down. 1 Country chicken with white gravy, 2 rotisserie chicken dinners. There was no white gravy, the boroccli was not cooked or seasoned and the chicken must have been yesterdays. If you're going to let your food be delivered, try to put the items in the bag. Don't serve old cold food with oversalted potatoes and disgusting greasy brown gravy. I read the story the owner put online and he's obviously eating elsewhere. No one would answer the phone so I'm wasting my time on this review. Please don't waste your hard earned money here. Steadily gone down hill for 3 straight years, Terrible!!

I don't usually write reviews but I had to this time. The food was awful! The chicken was dry and bland with no seasoning. The sweet potatoes might as well have been soup! And the Mac and cheese was even worse. I ended up throwing it out and ear a bowl of cereal for dinner. The place looked like it was going out of business or something. Do better BM!

Place shuts and locks their doors and earlier than their operating hours. 9:20pm / 10:00pm. Sends customers home without any explanation. Places a chair in their driveway to keep customers from going through the drivethrough. Just can't get a meatloaf anywhere.

Its so nice to run into kind people. I was eating lun h outside (in the 100F weather) and of course sharing my food with my two four legged children. When one of the workers came out with an extra plate of chicken breasts for the dogs. Thanks you, kind sir!

Easily the worst food i have ever ordered. The meat loaf was undercooked, pink in the middle, the restaurant smelt like something dead. It was closed because A/C wasn't working but catering service was still operational. There was only one employee that I could see at the Plano location. He was all sweaty when I arrived to get the food... it was a waste of my money ... just overall disgusted.

Their food is generally good; like a home cooked meal. We hadn't been in a while, so we thought we would order and take home. The chicken and meatloaf were delicious. The mashed potatoes and gravy were not as tasty as they used to be. There was something missing in both. There was a line of people getting food, but they still spent time with me to get my order done correctly. Nice and friendly staff. Tables were empty.
