This is one of my favorite spots! The ice cream is always on point as well as the amazing food. I have never been to this location, but it was great customer service with a homely atmosphere.

Have lived down the street from this Braums and frequented the restaurant a few times per month. Always got fast, friendly service and good food. Not sure if there was major turnover in staff but I couldn’t believe how bad the service was today. I was the only one in line and was told to park to the side and they would bring out my very basic order of a chicken sandwich. I waited for 15 minutes before going in to request a refund and saw they were putting together an order that looked like mine when I got to the front of the line so I just went back out and got my order a little while after, and heard the employee say sorry for the wait while walking back to the store and about 20 feet from my truck where I could barely hear them. We have a lot of restaurant options here in Plano and I don’t think I’ll be coming back to this location anytime soon.

Update - well I got half a box of fries and a grilled chicken with two pieces of chicken? Who the hell is training these people? The chicken was the smallest and toughest I’ve had so maybe this was to compensate. Unacceptable,

Always has the best ice cream hands down,also they are very quick to get orders out so no extra wait.

The chicken on my chicken sandwich was uncooked. I will never go back to this Braums. Horrible experience, threw up all night.

I recently ordered a brownie sundae, expecting a simple treat. The ice cream was fine, but when I went for the brownie, it was completely dry and hard—far from what you’d expect. Following the instructions on the receipt, I politely went to request a replacement or refund.

The young girl who assisted me was sweet and professional, and after checking, she confirmed that the other brownies were in the same condition. Unfortunately, the situation quickly turned sour when an older man, whom I can only describe as dismissive and rude, approached. Instead of listening, he accused me of “eating and then coming for a refund,” completely ignoring the facts. His tone was condescending, and when I tried to explain, he simply shrugged me off.

Customer service is about respect and courtesy. Mistakes happen—it’s how you handle them that matters. A simple apology or acknowledgment would have gone a long way, but instead I left feeling disrespected and unwelcome. If this establishment wants to keep loyal customers, training older/elderly staff on how to handle feedback without hostility is essential.

I go here before I go to my physical therapy session. The food is hot and good

My husband ordered chicken strips which are always good. I ordered the chicken strawberry salad which is usually pretty good but tonight it was EXCELLENT. The chicken was cooked perfectly, tender and seasoned well. The salad was great, with Romaine lettuce, Spinach, other veggies, chopped almonds and perfect fruit. Every bite of strawberries, blueberries and pineapple was delicious. This is the best "deal" in town, and it also includes a side of their own quality brand of cottage cheese, dressing and croutons. Hope it's this great next time -- which will be soon! We buy groceries at this Braums and other items, and their ice cream is THE BEST.
