This is one SAD looking salad….seriously why would a “fresh” food establishement give their clients rotten/rottening foods. The lettuce is browning and the avocado is turning black. Such a disappointment. I won't be able to excuse this. Second and last time here. I had an issue with quality the first visit and now months later the same issue.

The place is great but the older gentlemen that works there skimps out on the amount. I pay for extra sides and it’s almost 15 dollars for a sandwich. It’s is absolutely ridiculous for him to mind putting the rest of it in a cup. One of the employees put an appropriate portion of vegetable in my salad that didn’t fit in the entire sandwich and the rest was supposed to be in a cup. The older gentleman which I believe is the manager was clearly annoyed with the employee. I spend good money here please stop being stingy with portions. He just never seems to be pleasant when he’s working?

I usually love this sandwich shop because the food is fresh, service is fast, and they normally get my order right. But today was a huge disappointment.

I ordered two NOLA sandwiches with light remoulade. One sandwich was skimpy—only about four shrimp and mostly lettuce. The second wasn’t even the sandwich I ordered. These sandwiches have stickers on them, so how does the wrong one end up in my bag?

To make it worse, the wrong sandwich had blue cheese, which I despise and cannot eat. That means I paid $11 for something I had to throw away, and my dinner was ruined.

This isn’t acceptable. Mistakes happen, but not paying attention to stickers and shorting ingredients shows carelessness. I didn’t get what I paid for, and I’d like my money refunded tbh.

I have celiac disease, so I’m always very careful when dining out. When I visited, I was told there wasn’t gluten-free bread available but that I could safely order a salad without croutons. I specifically asked about the chicken and was reassured by a manager that it was gluten free. Unfortunately, I still became sick later, which means either the chicken contained gluten or there was cross-contamination in the preparation.
I’m really disappointed because I asked clear questions and trusted the staff’s guidance. While I appreciate that they had a list of gluten-free dressings, it’s important for the restaurant to understand that celiac customers rely on accurate information and careful handling. A clear allergen protocol and better training around cross-contamination would go a long way.
This experience affected my health and makes me hesitant to return. I hope the restaurant takes this seriously so that others with celiac disease or gluten intolerance can dine safely.

Pretty good food, bad value unfortunately, the prices are quite inflated to what is essentially a salad sandwich. Not a bad option when compared to similar places such as Salata however. Service left a bit to be desired, had never visited and employees were uninterested in assisting with the process. The location was clean but the music was loud. Parking was vast and I had no issue finding a spot.

Overall, it’s good but expensive, and service is fine but not great.

I ordered a build your own zeppelin sandwich And I ordered steak. The steak was raw and pink, Disgusting. The overall sandwich was good, but it was concerning how pink it was.

USED to be good. However. Multiple orders in a row have been poorly made. No longer worth the money.

The food is good but they neglect online orders to the point where if you order online you'll be waiting longer then if you just waited in line.

I discovered Bread Zeppelin and it’s pretty good. Yesterday I brought Chicken Tonga bowl to try and my son loved it.

Is this a reasonable amount of salad for $15? So little food for $15, what a rip off!
