Awesome service and staff. Atmosphere is great and relaxing, they have a big area and a fireplace too. We had a Halloween party here one year and it was so much fun!

Service here is consistently terrible. We sat at the bar to have dinner a few days ago. The place had very few customers, but we might as well have been invisible. We waited for 10 minutes. Bartenders kept buzzing back and forth in front of us without a look, without a word. We took our business and tips over to Pie Tap, where we were greeted within seconds, were brought water and given friendly smiles. Won't be back to Brick House, have given them multiple tries!

Almost $100 spent and I would never come back. And that's just 2 people.. the only thing I would recommend is the drinks and unfortunately I didn't get to thank the bartender since we left so upset. My husband and I got seated and for a good 5-8 minutes while we waited for the rest of our party of 2 more (total 4 people). They sat down and another 10 minutes goes by and then someone comes to ask if we have been helped. We order drinks and food because it looks like we aren't going to get good service. Couple minutes pass by and we are still waiting for our appetizer. The people behind us sat down just a few minutes earlier and they had gotten their food (party of 3) so we wait patiently finally an app!! Yay! It was good we got the calamari. Then 30 minutes later we get our food... mind you I'm pretty upset and hungry. I start eating and wow just terrible! I can make better steak at home! The mashed potatoes looked more like grits or oatmeal it was gritty and salty. At least there was flavor the steak was dry and we ordered medium. The juices should be flowing but nope. I had to dip my steak in the mashed potato grits just to get it down my throat. Anyways we finish or try too. Let me remind y'all that we haven't really seen our waitress at all except when we ordered and she asked if we had been helped. It was not busy I have had experiences with busy restaurants and I am patient because I get it. But there was no rush. The people behind us (party of 3) ate and left. We are still puzzled as to where our waitress is? We want to get the check and leave asap. But it took again 15-20 minutes after we are done with our meal to get a check. Save your money it was too expensive for the quality of food and service provided. Fries and drinks from bar is all I would recommend from here!

I'm so disappointed in the service that me and my table got. Or any service in that case. After we got seated, it took about ten minutes before someone came and asked us if we have been helped. It was really upsetting, we were super hungry. After taking our drink and food order, it took them literally more than 30 minutes to bring the food out and mind me it was not busy. Anywho the food came out. The steak was tasteless and the mashed potatoes were super salty and a litter watery. We were super upset and did not expect this at all. We will not be coming and would not recommend. Super disappointing.

Literally use to come here all the time after work with my coworkers and order the chicken tenders. They are amazingly delicious. So simple, but so good. I've come here several other times with my bf and we enjoy it. Sometimes I catch myself craving some chicken tenders after I work out. This place is so chill. If you like sports bars, you'll enjoy this spot. Food is actually pretty darn delicious. I've tried their Brussel sprouts, the Nashville hot cauliflowers, chicken tenders, pizzas, sampler platter, and probably will try the whole menu eventually. Don't knock it till you try it. Let me know what you think. Till then, let's eat!!!

I'm new to the Dallas area! And brick house is our new go to spot! Great food great drinks! And Phil, don't get me started, a low key, fun guy to be around at the bar! He makes it a place to be!!

Brought our wives to our favorite meeting place for a friends birthday dinner. The drinks were good but very disappointing steaks, the pork chops and ribs were dry and over cooked a bit but a lovely bbq sauce. They are 5 stars on appetizers and drinks. They do absolutely nothing for birthdays! Not even a free dessert for the disappointed steak eater birthday boy. Excuse was short staffed and inexperienced cook. Sandwiches and burger is 5 star. Not sure the wives want to come back with our limited outings these days. We still had fun.

Had a wonderful time at the Brickhouse in Plano. The service was great and the drinks were awesome!! The bartender (Phillip) knows how to make a great cocktail and although he was very busy he still made sure my friend and I were taken care!! Most definitely will be back!!

Recently went for brunch in their outdoor patio seating area. There was a giant fire roaring to keep us warm during the rain. The patio is well socially distanced. I ordered the country chicken Benedict. It was perfectly cooked with the eggs and the chicken. I absolutely loved this creative take on the traditional eggs Benedict

Bartender got entirely too close and chose not to where a mask. Blew his nose and stuck tissues in his pockets. Did not wash hands. Mask are about protecting other people, not yourself. You handle food!

Unfortunately I had lunch at this location today. The food was ok. But the service was horrible! The bartender treated us with attitude. And was ignoring us on purpose. I would never go back, I will go elsewhere. I will give my Business to a place treat there customers with respect and care.

Reading others' reviews, it's sad that a lot of them were written as people sat there. You know service is bad if you are frustrated and take the time that was "created" due to lack of service to fire off a scathing review. What I also noticed reading reviews across FB, Yelp, and Google is that upper/district management is painfully aware of the complaints, which are pretty much hitting on the same pain points, yet nothing has been done to address the issue. I was there on a Wednesday early evening- 4:45 ish and sat at the bar. Social distancing at the bar is not an option. All chairs are fair game as you sit shoulder to shoulder with strangers. Didn't bother me, but a woman I sat next to balked at the idea and got upset. I moved. Speaking of COVID guidelines, during another visit, also sitting at the bar, an alarm of some kind went off. We asked the bartender what that was, she said "it's a COVID alarm to wipe down door handles and bar surfaces" as she shut it off she turned back to us and said "I don't get paid enough for that shit!"and went back to flirting/entertaining the regulars. Back to Wednesday night customer service...It took the bartender some time to acknowledge me as he was washing glasses DIRECTLY in front of me- face to face. After getting my drink, it only took an hour to order and get an appetizer during happy hour on a wednesday. And when I asked for an order of pretzel bread to go, I was informed that they were out. At 5 o'clock? Ok. I'll go elsewhere for dinner. The bartenders circle the bar-counter cleaning glasses etc, but not much attention is paid to the guests...well maybe unless you're a regular you get a hello and an offer for a refill. Had to wait for a shift change for the bartender to see me sitting with an open menu to ask if I want to order anything. Super slow service and it's not even busy. if you're not hungry, you will be by the time you get some service. Waking in to the restaurant, no one was tending the hostess stand. Paper menus were scattered all over the floor. The manager was tucked away in the back, ran out, said something to the bar and went back into hiding. What happened? Y'all used to be on it---somewhat.

We called ahead to make a reservation early in the day. The manager would not take it as he said due to snow it would be first come first served. I told him we were planning to come for dinner around 6:30pm. My party of five showed up at 6:40 pm. The doors were locked. He came to the door and said he was closing at 7. He refused us entry and made no apologies. He just guaranteed that we won't come back again.

The draft beer is good! The atmosphere is nice. This is a great place to watch a football game with friends

Great place to watch sports and have some excellent Food and Cocktails. The menu offers many different options. Some of our favorites are the Bleu & White Chips, Spiked Calamari, Brick House BBQ Ribs and Chopped Chicken Salad. They also have a good beer selection with many Local Craft Beers on Tap. Try the Lakewood Porter!
