Excellent food and NO surcharge for credit cards. They've completely remodeled the building that Chick-fil-A used to be in. It's a welcome upgrade. I don't like spicy food, and Brya Zan can prepare their food with different levels of spiciness, including none at all (my favorite). I got the fried rice with chicken. (I use chopsticks, naturally.) It was terrific! If you like your food spicy, they can prepare it that way also. YOUR choice. The place is clean and well organized. Everyone that I encountered was helpful and courteous. You can park right in front with no fuss. The bathrooms are clean also.
The only SLIGHT negative, is they have touchscreens for ordering. These are OPTIONAL. I don't like to use public touchscreens. I'm not a fan of sharing germs with the last 15 people that used it. Young people seem to like this because they don't have to talk to anyone. Being older, I don't have any problems with verbal communications. Seriously, give this terrific restaurant a try. I think you'll like it. As an added bonus, they are open until 10 PM.

This was my first time visiting Brya Zan Thai Noodle + Brew, and we ended up here pretty late at night looking for a casual spot to hang out with a group of friends and grab some Asian food. Honestly, it exceeded expectations.
The food was surprisingly good, especially for a late-night stop. Everything tasted fresh and flavorful, and it hit the spot without feeling heavy. It was exactly what we were looking for; comforting, easy, and enjoyable.
What really stood out was the atmosphere. It had a relaxed, laid-back vibe that made it perfect for lingering, talking, and just enjoying the night with friends. Service was smooth and friendly, which added to the overall positive experience.
For a first visit, this place delivered. If you’re looking for a chill night spot with solid food and a fun atmosphere, Brya Zan Thai Noodle + Brew is definitely worth checking out.

This place deserves 10 stars and more! I am not exaggerating in any capacity but this is the best Thai place and it doesn’t burn a hole in your pocket. I think their core value is transparency with great customer service. Here’s why I love this place so much -
1. Infinitely customizable menu and a dream come true for people with dietary restrictions. 2. Vegan and vegetarian options right from protein to the sauce and for every ingredient available. 3. All the food is made to order and the ingredients are so fresh!! The wait time is less than 5 mins and you can see how much time it would take for your order on a big screen. 4. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, a bar area and friendly staff.
AND DID I SAY DELICIOUS FOOD?
My only constructive feedback - their medium spice level is a hit and miss. On good days its on point but sometimes its super bland despite being medium spicy. But there are condiments available so its not a problem.
