Didn't say hi or seat us and walked by us multiple times and our delivery order was just in the back getting cold very silent all you could hear was people talking no TV or music usually they have music/tv

been to this location many times and always tasted good. but tonight everything was tasteless. fries were old. guacamole was flavorless. and the wings didn't taste good like before I tried them. all the flavors that I choose tonight . even the garlic parmesan and mild that I always order. didn't taste like before.

The fries are hard. Guess they were over microwaved. Ordered Hot and garlic parmesan and only received hot wings. I guess they are busy.

Completely disappointed. Ordered $100 worth of food and they couldn't get it right. They completely forgot my sons burger as well. I operate a business and I know that if your customers aren't your first priority then you won't be in business long. Pathetic. The management is as incompetent as the rest of the staff. No wonder they messed everything up. They are modeling how to be stupid to the rest of the staff. We won't be back.

I am writing this as I am sitting here for an hour and half. Food arrived after an hour of ordering and it was cold. Asked to bring us a plate because they didn't give us any from the beginning, they never brought it. DO NOT BELIEVE IN OTHER REVIEWS!! There's a reason it's empty on weekends.

Shorted my online order and refused to fix issue. Food was dried out and tasted like it was reheated a few times. Have really seen this place go down hill lately.

Ordered a to-go order. Celery was not the freshest. By the looks of it, it has been sitting in the fridge (or outside of the fridge) for a few days before it got to me. Wings were mediocre

Totally disorganized. Always understaffed. Constant server turnover so everyone is always new and nobody knows what they’re doing. 20 open tables but 30-40 minute wait times to allow staff to catch up. Just a mismanaged location. Food and drinks are fine

I visited the place today December 21st 2024 was served by Jaclyn she was nice and polite but the service took a turn. I ordered some wet lemon pepper wings i didn’t like them I wait over 10 to 15 minutes she comes I explained to her I didn’t like them she said she will send the manager. OK!! I wait I wait NO MANAGER!! She comes back with drinks for the people sitting behind us served that then asked have the manager came I said NO!!! I told her to print out the tickets to pay so we can go!! As we WAITED ONCE AGAIN MO MANAGER!! We are the customers and I didn’t not appreciate the service So yeah BUFFALO WILD SO CALLED WINGS MANAGEMENT IS HORRIBLE IWILL BE FOLLOWING UP WITH CORPORATE THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE NEVER AGAIN

I order dinner . Including Uber eat. All food come rancid . I call buffalo explain them the situation and they told me the problem is the Uber eats . I explain them I order previously and I did not have this issue . They told me to contact my bank to cancel the transaction. That exactly what I did .
We are paying for good food . I don’t believe paying for bad food it’s fair .

HORRIBLE SERVICE!! Sat in the bar and watched the server give the bartender a “look” at first I thought I was over thinking it. My friend with me had a hijab so I thought maybe she was judging her. The server nor the bartender paid any attention to us for 15 min. I decided to then go to cashier to just get our food to go. We waited 30 min for 6 wings and wedges. Mind you they were not BUSY AT ALL!! The host/cashier named Ethan disappeared for 45 min. We had to grab a random person off the floor to grab our 6 baby wings. We got our food and of course it was cold bc it was sitting in the window. We then asked another random server who watched us waiting, he rolled his eyeballs and grabbed a manager and took the wings and didn’t even say what he was going to do. The manager refunded us but didn’t apologize for the inconvenience. Incredibly rude! DO NOT COME!

Just a warning. If you order online, the wings are always overcooked without much sauce and fries are ALWAYS cold.

Good sports bar, the waiter took my order incorrectly, next time he should write it down and not enter it from memory, but there will be a deduction in service.

But the wings were good.
