I recommend sitting with Brian at the bar. He is an amazing bartender and a very nice guy! Mak, the server also provides really great service! The food is always good when we eat here. I got Hot Lemon Pepper wings this time & they were amazing!
Not the waiter's fault but service was very slow . It seemed that the guy that was taking our orders was taking everyone's orders . The guys behind the desk and at the kitchen act like they don't see you when waiting to be seated

I went to BWW on 4/17 and had an amazin experience, our server Mac was amazing. They did a wonderful job with my insane requests and also explaining some confusion i had with my reciept. I couldn't get my card to take on the online payment and they were able to take care of that as well. 10/10 experience, will definitely be back. its honestly hard to find a BWW thats "good" Thank You, Mac and everyone else.

What CORPORATE GIANT decided to combine Asian Zing and NO SAUCE in ONE BOX?? I always order plain - I don't like spicy things. So today instead of my ten (10) plain - I could only find one (1) plain - therefore, my husband had 9 more of the 20 for dinner than he wanted too. If you want customers to come back, I'd suggest you go back to putting them in their own box going forward - so toppings aren't mixed together.Have a good day.
