My friend insisted we stop here before heading back to Houston—it's one of her favorite spots for beef noodle soup, and I can see why. We tried their signature beef noodle soup, honeycomb tripe noodle soup, and some seasoned nuggets. The beef was tender, the noodles had a great chew, and the broth was rich without being overly salty. While the tripe had good flavor, the aroma wasn’t quite for me. The nuggets were well-seasoned and satisfying.

The beef soup was flavorful, and the beef itself was extremely tender and well-cooked without becoming stringy or chewy. The meat was well-seasoned and not bland at all.

Overall, the food is decent. Fried chicken leg rice gives a good portion of food, but the chicken is dry and has more batter than I’d like - missing that juiciness and flavor I’m looking for. Beef noodle soup is passing. Beef scallion pancake wrap is my favorite thing here bc they give a lot of meat and the flavor is good.
