Went through the drive thru, car ahead of me must have ordered a lot because I sat behind them for 20 minutes, when I got to window, my food was ready (which can only mean they had it ready while the other customer was still at the window), I live 5 minutes away and when I got home, food was cold, no warmth at all, yall should park cars that are going to take a while

Im at uber eats driver and this is the only place they dont do the order till you arrive! We end up waiting 10 mi uses when we could be out there making money. The guy with the name tag Heyboy is so rude. He needs a new job cause he sucks at this one

This is the 2nd they don’t provide a reciiept and so I can’t call in for the survey nor the free whopper with the purchase of any size fries and drink, there are also a couple of employees at this location that friends which is fine but they kinda ignore the customer in favor of joking with each other

I’ve come to this location quite a few times now on my lunch since it is close to where I work and the service is good but there is always an unhoused person either in the lobby begging or sleep at one of the tables. Last time it was a lady begging, this time it’s a man asleep having nightmares making noises. So I sat on the other side of the restaurant only for him to wake up and start complaining that someone “stole” his phone while he was asleep inside this fast food restaurant having nightmares. I wouldn’t recommend bringing any children to this location. I was creeped out so I could only imagine.

Drive through service is bad, they don’t confirm the orders and just give it. My delivery order was stolen twice because they didn’t check if the delivery driver confirm the order.

There was a suspicious person in tattered clothing leaning on the fountain drink station, not getting off. He had a beverage from another fast food establishment. That made me feel uncomfortable . This whole city block is a dump, and the whopper was...edible, to say the least. It felt like I was eating dog food. I don't even like bk anymore (or any fast food in general), but I only came here because they were running a 6 dollar deal for a quick fix (I didn't have time to cook today). Maybe I should've forked up the extra 15 bucks on some Kung Pao sichuan chicken at the Chinese plaza.

Hands down one of the worse Burger Kings I've ever been to. I worked at one as a 16 year old kid and can tell you they don't care. The fries were barely cooked and the whopper was terrible. I threw it in the trash. Stay away, go somewhere else. Fire this crew.

I order through the app and never received my food and the no one answered the Phone so 32.00 gone without any explanation horrible service never again.
I decided on Burger King because I haven't been to BK in a while. I stopped in to grab a burger at 8:00 p.m. and restaurant is clean! Ordering went well with a little communication problem. The double Whopper is as good as I remember it. The fries were outstanding. Everything was hot and fresh.
