This has been one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I placed a to-go order hours in advance and had to cancel shortly after. I tried calling, only to be met with an AI system that makes it impossible to speak to a real person. No one at the store is reachable, and the only option is to email—which I’ve done multiple times with zero response. I’ve done everything I possibly can to get in touch and request a refund, and I’ve been completely ignored. It’s ridiculous that a business can take your money and then vanish when something goes wrong. Unprofessional and completely unacceptable.

Received the wrong to-go order. Tried calling the restaurant to get a refund on the item but the call was handled by some crappy AI which informed me that they cannot be contacted by phone at all and instead directed me to an email. I've received my share of incorrect orders which is already a little annoying - but I have never not been able to contact someone in the store for a refund. I won't be back.

Overall not a shabby Korean place. My girlfriend and I each enjoyed our meals. Very filling and the hot skillet bowl we had kept it very warm for a while surprisingly. I would recommend to others

We had veg tofu bibimbop and spicy chicken bibimbop with miso soup! It was delicious and hearty with good quantity! The only one advise is to have steel or ceramic bowl for hot soup instead of plastic container for Dine-in customers.

It's really good food for the price. We got the rice with the spicy chicken. I think next time we shall try it with noodles.
We went to 2 different locations Frisco & Plano and the food was very consistent. I like HOT STONE BOWL BIBIMBOP.

Since the last time I’ve been they have eliminated many of the toppings you used to be able to get. I had the bbq chicken which used to be my favorite but they have changed the chicken to a lesser quality meat and the sauce was so weak I couldn’t taste any flavor. I’m so sad they have changed so much. Cannot recommend anymore.

I think the last time I went to Burning Rice was before the pandemic and I was not sure what to expect today. I went to try this location out and it was very different from what I remember. You order on a touch screen pad now. I remember you could get your own veggies and soup but they just bring it all out to you on a cart after you order. We got the rice bowls and they came out with our orders fairly quickly. The dishes are deceptively small as we felt really full afterwards.
