Have taken out food twice from here. Garlic pork is good. I’d give that 4 stars. Bbq chicken is not. Not much flavor. Overall though the food is average.

Are used to eat at this restaurant very often and I haven’t been in a while. Today was my first time back in probably over a year and I must say the quality of the food has decreased tremendously. The options are limited and I did ask for a well done egg, and it was given to me very runny. I will not be coming back. I must add that I placed my order, and for the first five minutes after placing my order when I was the only one in the restaurant, the employee was on his phone not acknowledging the fact that there was a customer waiting for food.

Yummy!!! Love Korean flavors, if you haven’t tried it yet, what are you waiting for? This is one of the best Bibimbap I’ve ever had! Spicy gochujang is a must, along with kimchi rice! Kimchi is the bomb!!

This place has gone so far downhill.I placed a Togo order for two bowls and each was half filled...The phone also goes straight to voicemail. Terrible, please don't renew your lease.

I had the hot stone bulgogi bowl and it was excellent the flavor and textures were great and very delicious. The store is clean and the customer service was great. Will be going back

The staff are super sweet and very fast. They get out food out way faster than we can get there after ordering online, but everything is fresh, delicious, and made just as we ask. Didn't even realize last time we were there that we were regulars until one of the members came out, I believe the owner, and mentioned it! Oh, she was so very sweet, it made me feel so welcomed! One of my favorite restaurants and will come back for the crispy chicken, japchae, Mando dumplings, and the sesame sauce. Thank you!

Burning Rice provides a solid dining experience. The welcoming staff made me feel comfortable, and the relaxed atmosphere set the stage for a pleasant meal. The food was well-prepared, with each dish made from fresh ingredients. What stood out was the attentive staff, who were knowledgeable and ensured guests felt valued. Overall, Burning Rice offers good food, attentive service, and a relaxed environment. I recommend it to anyone looking for a satisfying dining experience. Kudos to the team for their efforts—I look forward to returning!

UPDATE - 1/26/24 - Burning Rice is burning once more! They clearly saw that not having the hot stone bowls probably destoyed their revenue and brought them back, so all is once again right with one of my favorite lunch spots. They seem to have still reduced the menu a bit, but not in any meaningful way. Thank you for listening to your loyal patrons!Deducting 1 star for the BBQ sauce still not being quite right, and for even doing the below harebrained idea in the first place. But again, thanks for listening to the people telling you that removing the hot stone bowls and other options was an awful idea.I'll definitely be back like I used to!Previous 1-Star Review:I have been coming to Burning Rice for 7 years, 7 YEARS. And what the person below me has written about the new menu is spot on, they've lost their minds and will likely fold as a result of these changes (or maybe they hope to bamboozle new people enough to cover the loss in loyal customers?)Gone are the hot stone bowls and anything that made it a decent place for lunch. In their place are Americanized garbage "preselected" bowls because they think you're too stupid to know what to order. The staff is still decent, nice people, I hope they find work elsewhere when this place goes under. The reduction in prices came with tofu that tasted like it was under heat lamps for 3 days straight.Fire whoever thought up of this new menu and bring the hot stone bowls and all the side stuff that made this place / chain special. If you still aren't convinced by the above, I literally ate two bites of the bowl (which were awful) and I left to go elsewhere. I used to come here once a week and now I will not be back.Vegetarian options: There's tofu, and that's all there's been for the past 7 years. At least the mandoo originally is soy-based, so there's that.

I'm not sure what happened but they have gotten rid of a very LARGE portion of their menu. It's as if there really isn't anything on there worth getting anymore I'm unsure why they did something like this. I wanted to go in and get one of their chicken kastu Dosirak but it was gone along with all of other things. So I decided that I'm going to stop going here until they bring it back such a shame as well I hope this isn't permanent or a sign they are trying to cut corner or something of the sort

UPDATE: The old menu is back and it's perfect again. I'm so full and happy ?To the owner/management, thanks for seeing our reviews and responding! Back to 5 stars you go!Old review: They ruined this place with their updated menu. We ate here 1-2 times a week (it was our go-to spot!) but all of their menu changes and limited options are so disappointing. Where is my hot stone bowl and customizable choices? Where are my sauces? The chicken bites used to be awesome but now taste microwaved - maybe it was a bad batch but I'm seriously so bummed. No cart delivery service to my table with my food?

what happened to this place? there's literally zero options on their menu. the other day i was able to do a build your own bowl but all the ingredients were different and tasted strange. Its as if they have no ingredients to serve. But an update to the site would allow some reassurance to their customers who are eager to return for their regular menu and food quality! Whatever changes that are being made and that they are allowing to be served right now are truly 1 star worthy. I hope they return to their regular menu. I used to love their chicken bite japchae

We have always loved going here but when we got home our bowls had a mayonnaise sauce mixed all the way through and stirred into the rice and noodles as well. Not liking mayonnaise I had to throw the food away. I ordered sesame sauce which was in the bowl but the tartar like sauce was additional that was not included in any part of the meal description.
