Absolutely amazing bakery!

I ordered my daughter’s birthday cake and cupcakes from Butterfly Cakery, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. I showed the owner a picture from Pinterest, and she recreated it exactly—even better than I imagined. The design, the colors, the details… everything was spot on.

Not only did the cake look beautiful, but it tasted incredible too. You can tell they put real love and care into their work. The owner was so kind, attentive, and easy to work with. She made the whole process smooth and enjoyable.

I’m so impressed with their professionalism and talent. This will definitely be my go-to bakery from now on. Highly recommend!

This is an awesome bakery I have used for many birthdays and holidays. I am super excited that they are offering Old World Christmas Cakes again!!!! I ordered several for gifts last time and everyone LOVED them. The spices and dried fruit are perfect with a cup of tea. It was how they decorated the cakes though that made them stand out like no other. The fondant icing is soooo good and accentuates the spices beautifully. The story of the old-world recipe handed down for generations completed the experience. These were the perfect gifts for my loved ones and they shipped beautifully. I will be placing my order again!

Please Read before coming here!!!

This past Sunday 10/26 my family went in to place an order for a cake. A female cashier at the front took down our order. When my dad took out his card to pay, she told us we DID NOT need to pay beforehand, stating that the payment would be made during pickup, which was scheduled for today 10/28.

Today, I went in to pick up the cake as scheduled. Upon arrival we were greeted by the SAME female cashier who took our order. When I told her my name and that I was picking up, she stated that she had no record of us ever placing an order. When I told her that we placed a pickup order on Sunday and that she told us to pay upon pickup, she basically tried to make all of us feel stupid. She had the nerve to insist she “would never say that” because the company “doesn’t place orders without payment.” Really? Then why did she take our order??? Why did she ask how we wanted the cake decorated???Why did she REFUSE to take payment when we tried to pay???

I was there today 10/28 at 3:50 PM if management wants to check the cameras and see exactly who this was. She was wearing a witch Halloween costume.

This is NOT a simple mistake. It is complete negligence. Either management has no control over what their employees are doing, or this cashier has something against us. How do you “accidentally” not enter an order you were typing into the computer???How do you not even know your own payment policy??? And she still had the audacity to say she doesn’t have an email for our order. You never asked for one!!! If management wants to confirm everything in this message, please check the cameras.

DO NOT come here unless you enjoy wasting your time. This place doesn’t deserve a single star. 0/5

I order a cake for my daughter birthday and apparently chunky white women with the glasses doesn’t know how to place orders and I saw her writing down my order and when I tried picking up my order the same women attend me telling me there was no order from me. Bad customer service here. This place doesn’t even deserve the one star.

I talked with Mrs Robin via email to get my friend a custom birthday cake for her. She absolutely loved it!! 🎉 I like seeing my friends happy 😃, gives a certain dopamine.
We followed the baker’s instructions about treating the cake like ice cream and to let it de cool for 45 min before slicing in.
The cake was very yummy. just the right size cuz it was all gone between the large group of ppl.
I also bought 3 cupcakes: honey, vanilla and snickerdoodle. I didn’t try the snickerdoodle, that was my guy friend’s (who came with me to pick up the cake). However the vanilla and honey cupcakes ever good 😌

I discovered this bakery one day I took my kiddos out to get cupcakes. The kids enjoyed the cupcakes and my son requested a custom cake for his 8th bday. I placed the order in addition with cupcakes and it was a marvelous experience from start to finish.

I saw another review that spoke on this bakery not being fair based on race, and I didnt experience that at all. They were wonderful. And I truly appreciate the service. I highly recommend. And we will be back.

RACIST!!!! Me and my daughter decided to try this place for the first time today. When we walked in a chunky white lady with glasses came from the back. She didn’t greet us, she simply asked what she could get for us. I ended up getting 4 cupcakes because it was our first time trying. The lady rung me up and did not say a word. I gave her a $20 and she gave me back my change. I said thank you, and she just looked at me. She didn’t say a word back. She didn’t give us a good bye or thanks for coming in, nothing! On top of the treatment that we received with such a short encounter, I actually drove 20 minutes away to try this place and we were treated very poorly. If you’re doing a service for people you would think that you would provide basic customer service. PEOPLE OF COLOR, they don’t care for us and the cakes were not good at all. NO NEED TO WASTE YOUR MOMEY TRYING THIS PLACE.

I was sitting here a year later, admiring the cakes made by Butterfly Bakery at my wedding and wanted to share, a great memory!
I love to bake and had a pretty solid idea of what I wanted and they still made it even PRETTIER! The attention to detail on the pearls was incredible! The flavors were DELICIOUS! On top of that they had an easy and fun cake tasting! They were so sweet; my mom really wanted an in person cake tasting because so few things had been in person during the wedding processes compared to when she got married. Butterfly Bakery had a great peaceful atmosphere and let us eat our tasting there. The whole experience felt easy, then we finished the tasting with a conversation with the manager to place our order. It’s much easier for me to talk through it than type it so I appreciated the face-to-face interaction! They were one of the easiest vendors I worked with and they exceeded expectation! Will definitely be ordering again!

I’ve ordered three cakes from them over the years. Two had errors, the fillings were missing. Misses like that at this price point are disappointing.

Just a heads up that you’ll receive a beautiful, delicious cake, but you might not get the filling you hoped for!

I placed an order for a gender reveal cake and accidentally got the date wrong on my initial request. I needed it Saturday and had set the pickup date for the following Monday instead. Day of the event when I realized the mistake I dared to ask if they could complete my cake that same day. And they came through! Thats customer service! Thank y’all so much - you have no idea what this meant to a first time mama. (Who apparently is dealing with some pregnancy brain!)

Our cutting cake was absolutely BEAUTIFUL and everything I dreamed of. The flavor was delicious and the cake was still moist even picking it up the day before and keeping it in the fridge! The desserts for our dessert table were also delicious I'm guessing from how our guests scooped them up! I am only giving 4 stars because the commutation between the shop and I was hit or miss and I had to following a few times but the results was amazing

I highly recommend using Butterfly Cakery - our wedding cake not only turned out gorgeous, but the taste was incredible. We also served cupcakes which were a HUGE hit (we served the almond, biscotti, and strawberry flavors - so, so good). Thank you, Butterfly Cakery!!

Randomly found this place, needed to buy Cupcakes for work.. and they were so good! The lady who helped me was super pleasant and helpful. Highly recommended

Our cake was stunning, we ordered a 7' One piece cake and gave a few examples but I really like when creatives just do their thing and they certainly did the damn thing. This was just for a private 3 person night for my son's 12th birthday, but we were just stunned. It was so hard to cut it and my kid insisted that we keep and freeze the fondant topper 😂
