Not because of the staff, Patrons, or food. It's just empty.
Would be cool if they had a phone number that accepted calls… Looking for lost keys.

Food is good, the bartender was terrible. Overheard her talking about getting fired from Applebee's, I could see why. Asked for the check and watched her input all of her tips from the night for 10 minutes first. The other location is way better, and they are 5 out of 5.

I’ve been eagerly waiting for this place to open, and it definitely didn’t disappoint! I used to visit the Gecko in Addison all the time, and it’s great to see so many friendly faces here. The staff is always so welcoming, and there’s a real sense of community when you walk in.
Every time I come, I’m always impressed by the quality and flavors. It’s fantastic to have Gecko so close by—feels like a local gem. If you’re in the area, don’t miss out on the Chicken Tortilla Soup—hands down the best in Dallas! Definitely a must-try.

My first trip to the Eastside Gecko. Similar feel to the original Addison location where I first fell in love with the stuffed Jalapenos.
I live in Oklahoma and on road trips will drive out of my way to grab an order of poppers. Other notable mentions are the Blackened chicken nachos and the pineapple shrimp pizza.

We enjoyed the Richardson location and took some friends who have never been. We ordered 2 chicken strip meals and received kid portions. Server said she would tell the kitchen and bring out more chicken. Chicken never came out, and when we asked if more chicken would be coming, we were told the kitchen must have forgotten. The food was luke warm at best. Paid full price for kid portions, and we were given 20% off on the next visit. Don't plan on returning.

The service here is awesome, and the food tastes great. It's never the first menu that comes to mind when we're going out, and nothing about the vibe ever reels us in from the sidewalk. All that said, we're always glad we went.

They serve rice with pasta, put chicken wings on a bed of lettuce and their nachos are single tortilla chips with meat and cheese on top. Everybody is so creative!

Nice pizza.
I’m so glad we chose this place! We are visiting from San Antonio and they caught my attention because it was open late and I said any place that has a “sammich” on their menu is worth checking out. ? Great friendly service and atmosphere. Delicious food and homemade honey mustard was so good.
