This coffee shop is my favorite place to relax and study! The aesthetic is so cute and they have the best cloud matcha!! Very student friendly, and very good bakery and food items. 10/10 deff would recommend.

I found hair in my shrimp udon dish. I waited so long for the order to be delivered and now I can’t eat it.

I loved this place! The food was 12/10. My only complaint is the WiFi is slow but that’s not a big deal.

Came here on a Saturday afternoon with my boyfriend - we ordered their rose matcha lattes, Ebi Katsu, Chicken Katsu Curry, Rose Udon, and their Oreo Croffle. Everything we got was delicious and we got our food pretty quickly. Just a heads up, it's pretty busy on the weekend, and my boyfriend & I had to wait a while for a table to open up.

We went into Cafe HwaSan to get a drink while we waited for our table at the nearby hotpot place. The cafe was clean, convenient with friendly service! I recommend the lavender matcha latte and their americano with sweet cream. They offer complimentary water and open seating. Im definitely visiting again to try the

Got the kimchi bacon udon which was surprisingly decent the first few bites and gets worse and saltier as you keep eating. Also got one of the gourmet croffles: smoked salmon croffles. I was excited because I love smoked salmon and cream cheese on a bagel but the cream cheese they used was so weird! I don't know how to describe it but it was not normal cream cheese. They plated everything beautifully, but the prices here go crazy and even expects you to clean your own table. Also would not recommend the strawberry matcha latte. I could see a lot of strawberries but at the same time I barely tasted any strawberries and it wasn't sweet enough. Just tasted like matcha and cream.

Love the concept of a study/cafe that serves real food. However because the space is kinda small, there will most likely be a wait since there are some people camped out studying so you will have to wait for those who only came to eat/chill. However it is an order at the counter type of place so bear that in mind. Service is great! We managed to grab a table but it was a little small for us. When the waitress came over she asked if we wanted to move to a bigger table since a party just left which was very nice. I got the rose udon with mushrooms and my boyfriend got the crispy chicken burger with no green sauce. We also got the calamari which was surprisingly good. The parmesan fries were also tasty but didn't have too much cheese flavor and was very fine parmesan. The rose udon was good for the first 10 minutes but then richness got old fast. This could be helped by having garlic on the toast/green onions on the udon. This place has a lot of potential and I would come back for drinks and/or study. I think I ordered incorrectly. The bulgogi bowl was huge and also looked very good so maybe next time I'll try that and update my review. Overall a 3.5 so I'll round up.

What we ordered: - Einspaner- Lavender latte I wouldn't call the einspanner an actual einspanner because a regular latte with some whipped cream on top is not called an einspanner. It was good, but not quite what we were expecting. It was missing the cocoa powder dusted on traditional einspanners, as well as the richer layers of cream and stronger espresso flavor. The lavender latte came as expected, but I would probably get this with oat milk for a creamier and overall better texture if I return.

My favorite cafe/brunch spot in Plano! Delicious teas/coffees and my go to dish is the Avocado Morning Croffle. The atmosphere is peaceful and I love the aesthetic! The dessert croffles are mouthwatering.
