Cafe max has been a family staple for 20+ yrs. When we first went here we had to wait in line to eat lunch. Now it’s less of a fad but still the same great salads, sandwiches and soup.

I have been a long time customer of Cafe Max when they were located in Addison back in the 90’s.

Recently, I visited their Plano location in hope A) they remained open and B) they had pasta and chicken mixture available. I arrived at 2:44PM a few minutes before closing at 3PM. When I entered, I wasn’t greeted immediately but instead given a stare-down of “ugh”. I dismissed the person with their sassy dismay as the gentleman with a kind notation, carrying...

Always excellent! The seafood salad is my favorite. The chicken salad is a very close second. I have had pretty much all their salads at this point and they are always fresh and excellent flavor. I have never had their quiche or soup but I have heard from others that they are just as good.
