They had multiple opportunities to tell me that before THE DAY BEFORE MY SONS PARTY. She did say she could possibly make more the day of, but she also said “did you think you were going to get some for free”. Had the communication been better, I’d probably give a higher rating, however, insinuating that I wanted something for free is absurd when my order drastically changed less than 24 hours before a party.
