Been going here for 15 years. Past year, they don’t have staffing and don’t have a hostess. It is constant bad service and terrible experience getting a table as no one there to seat folks except the waiters. Has really gone down hill unfortunately. If you want to be frustrated with poor service, come here.
I have always loved Campisi's lasagna. so I decided to take my 2 girls. my oldest ordered chicken parmesan and my youngest ordered chicken Alfredo. when they brought the chicken parmesan the chicken was burnt to a crisp. the waitress walked off very quickly like she knew we were going to complain. then she proceeded to ignore us until I got another waitress to get our waitress back. we didn't even have to say anything she knew right away the chicken was bad. and she got...read full review
Ordered a pizza on May 17th, they got it wrong. (Gave me a cheese pizza instead of a chicken Alfredo). I call back the same day and they said they’d have it ready under my phone number. I call back May 31, they put me on hold for 26 minutes, so I came to the store. The manager told me that he couldn’t see it under my phone number, so I’m out of luck. Bad customer service, but manager Alfredo was nice about it at least.
