I had a reservation for Mother's Day at 11:00 a.m. I received a voicemail from the restaurant at 8:47 a.m saying they see I have a reservation at 11, but they close at 11 and aren't doing their usual Mother's Day brunch this year. What the heck? Then why was I able to make a reservation for 11? Why wasn't I given more than 2 hours notice that you weren't going to honor my reservation? How am I supposed to make other plans on Mother's Day? Extremely disappointted because we've been to Carso before for this brunch and it was great. I will not be back.

I had not planned on stopping here-in fact, I had made plans with a colleague to dine in at the restaurant. But when we arrived, we were met with a sign telling us that they were closed. We opted to grab a meal to go from Carso Market, and the person at the cash register told us we could take our food and go into the attached restaurant. So we sort of did dine in, after all. There is a good menu of options here, plus plenty that you can just "grab and go." It's a respectable market for a hotel of this size.

I'm on a quest to eat at all the eateries at Granite Park, which includes the hotel restaurant too. I happened to be in the area super early in the morning, and I figured I would try their market so a quick breakfast. Their market, which is located in front of the main restaurant, offers a variety of quick to-go items. Bottled drinks, snacks, pastries, individual bottles of champagne and wine for hotel guests.. They also have a pretty impressive breakfast and lunch menu, which include breakfast sandwiches, wraps, and pizza. I went for a breakfast egg and sausage muffin along with a pineapple kale smoothie. Both were pretty standard, and the price point was on the higher side but that is to be expected in a hotel. If you are a guest in this hotel, I would assume this is sufficient but coming from a "local" in the area, there are better options within walking distance. With that said, I want to give it another try at their dine-in restaurant. They have a pretty interesting menu, and I believe on Tuesdays they have tacos to go which I really want to try. The staff was nice, and the atmosphere is clean and bright.

This is my Second time eating breakfast here this week. Breakfast is good and i did not have to wait t for it for a long time. I had pancakes this morning and they were good. The coffee is also very good.

Six of us celebrated three birthdays at Carson on Oct. 17. The service and food were the best amongst the fine dinning in the DFW area. We will recommend it highly and you will not be disappointed. We will be back for any occasion.

Carson is located in the Hilton Hotel. My breakfast was good and reasonably priced. Service was a bit spotty, likely a result of the restaurant being busy, but at least the staff were trying and remained friendly.

Restaurant was great but the service was amazing. The manager Gustavo went WAY above and BEYOND to create ensure a happy customer. Very impressed and grateful for the experience he helped create for me and my girlfriend. Definitely would recommend.

We went here for breakfast after our stay at the Hilton. The breakfast buffet had flies landing all over the food. For what you get it isn't worth the cost.

They recently catered our company's grand opening and had an incredible spread- lots of variety- and the team was very professional and on top of things. They took care of everything! And the food was delicious! The bbq short rib was the crowd favorite.

We have been going there as a group every month and the food and service are always impeccable. I love the decor and the salmon and humus appetizer are my favorite!
