This is our second visit here. During our first visit I tried Karak chai which was good. Today we tried Desi coffee which was even better. Female host served us well so our review reflects this experience only. We have not tried any food except samosa chat which was okay but a little sweat.

It’s pretty place and the food and drinks were good. I tried their signature chai and loved it. Kids loved their Nutella desserts and the lassi.

Absolute horrible customer service, sitting down with my family on the floor and they kicked us out! Would not go again or recommended!

Classic falooda was the worst. It’s nothing but Roohafza mixed with milk and frozen. Had loads of ice cubes as well. Will never come back to this place

The food was terrible. The street food & fusion dishes all needed adjustments to the flavor profiles. The chai was grainy & lacked the proper spices.

We visited this place expecting good tea, but it turned out to be a very disappointing experience. The chai was terrible. we took one sip and couldn’t drink any more. There were six of us, and not a single person took second sip of that tea. The samosas and other food items tasted like they were fried in old oil; everything had a bitter aftertaste. Overall, it was not worth the visit.

This is not a family-friendly, kid-friendly or just in general friendly experience. The atmosphere is overwhelming with all the mismatching furniture and decor. Above all else this place for visitors traveling to Dallas for a great experience is not welcoming as the staff are ill mannered and remind me of a sour mother in law making unnecessary comments regarding the slightest things.

We went to enjoy tea and the ambience.
Once we ordered a cup of tea, staff handed it in a to-go cup. Also, they asked us to sit outside. We asked why. He responded Because I had my boba tea from a different place. Okay, understood - restaurants don't allow outside food.
We ask, then why they charged a service fee of 3.5% if we weren't allowed to seat inside. He said it's a restaurant rule.
We paid the service fee for service we didn't receive.
Staff could be polite while responding.
