My gf and I order from here whenever we want fried rice or ramen. I believe the guy in the pic is Chef Chin. Him and The Philly Special Guy seems to have a good relationship with each other too.
We ALWAYS like to try different restaurants when we visit a city. During our many trips to Legacy Hall, we decided to try the hibachi. I am sure glad we did! The food was delicious and flavorful. The atmosphere and vibe are always great! We will definitely come eat and hang out again!
