Great place to get a cool and unique gift that is different and better than most. They have lots of different flavors and they can make a cool gift and the various colors (flavors) look pretty cool. I think Chelles mostly sells to other stores but you can walk in here and get them as a gift for someone. They do a good job.

I’ve gotten better macarons from the freezer section at Walmart. I purchased a box of 12 in an attempt to try out the many different flavors, but over half were rock hard and dry. The filling was flavorless and tasted simply like whipped butter. Not worth my time, money or the drive to Plano.

I haven't tried all the flavors but I've tried a lot and I have yet to find one I don't like. This is the real deal. Also this place is actually who provides most other business with their macarons in the North Texas area and even beyond. Not sure about some of the reviews about stomach issues. I have definitely never experienced anything but pure bliss eating any of their macarons.

It’s been over a month now since my macarons arrived late and the package was damaged, which resulted in broken macarons. This is 100% FedEx’s fault but it still would have been nice to get back my $40+ dollars or at least new macarons. I contacted them twice and never got a response.

I ordered online and I had some of the same experiences I’m reading from those who have also ordered from this establishment. I was so excited to eat them the first too I had were good but as I kept eating them they were dry and had a strange vinegar after taste. I also have not been able to stop going to the bathroom and my stomach hurts a lot. Please think twice before ordering these not only did I waste my money but now I’m sick.

Just received my heavily anticipated Fruity Cereal macarons all the way in West Virginia!
The macarons are so soft and rich. They traveled 15 hours yet they taste like I picked them up in store. Packaging makes the experience that much more delightful.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Chelles Macaroons. It's been over a week since I placed my order, and it still hasn't arrived. I've reached out multiple times for assistance, but I've received no response. When I finally did hear back, I was told that they couldn't find my order—even after providing them with the order number, confirmation, and tracking information.
The lack of customer service is unacceptable, and I can't comment on the quality of the product since I never received it. I would not recommend this place based on my experience.
Chelles’ vanilla and the chocolate macarons were delicious. They were beautiful and fresh. It tasted better and bigger than a grocery store macarons.

This is the SECOND time I’ve gotten macarons from this location that were over baked and still placed in the display for customers to purchase. I bit into a vanilla flavor and it was so hard I thought I was sold an old stale product. It dawned on me they were probably over baked and no one cared to scrap the batch. I was gracious the first time it happened and just figured it was a rare occurrence however today I also purchased cookies as a gift and after tasting my flavors I have no idea if the ones in my favor box are even edible… super frustrating. These cookies are too expensive to be hit or miss. I will not be returning.

Adorable little macaron shop here in Plano - my wife and I stopped by after lunch today and they have a broad selection and delicious macarons. The ice cream ones in particular were amazing. Prices are high but not outrageous - more than what you’d pay for grocery store ones for sure, but these are higher quality. It feels like a factory direct kind of place, it’s fun that you can even walk in and just get one if you want.
