I have ordered from Chelles a couple of times for myself. My package has arrived on time, delicious, and the macarons are surprisingly in perfect condition everytime! I will continue to order from them in the future.

It’s been over a month now since my macarons arrived late and the package was damaged, which resulted in broken macarons. This is 100% FedEx’s fault but it still would have been nice to get back my $40+ dollars or at least new macarons. I contacted them twice and never got a response.

I ordered online and I had some of the same experiences I’m reading from those who have also ordered from this establishment. I was so excited to eat them the first too I had were good but as I kept eating them they were dry and had a strange vinegar after taste. I also have not been able to stop going to the bathroom and my stomach hurts a lot. Please think twice before ordering these not only did I waste my money but now I’m sick.

Just received my heavily anticipated Fruity Cereal macarons all the way in West Virginia!
The macarons are so soft and rich. They traveled 15 hours yet they taste like I picked them up in store. Packaging makes the experience that much more delightful.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Chelles Macaroons. It's been over a week since I placed my order, and it still hasn't arrived. I've reached out multiple times for assistance, but I've received no response. When I finally did hear back, I was told that they couldn't find my order—even after providing them with the order number, confirmation, and tracking information.
The lack of customer service is unacceptable, and I can't comment on the quality of the product since I never received it. I would not recommend this place based on my experience.

Chelles’ vanilla and the chocolate macarons were delicious. They were beautiful and fresh. It tasted better and bigger than a grocery store macarons.

I have never had a macaroon I like, until this place! A friend took me and I was skeptical but these are SO delicious! They’re soft and creamy and FULL of flavor! I will absolutely be back!

This is the SECOND time I’ve gotten macarons from this location that were over baked and still placed in the display for customers to purchase. I bit into a vanilla flavor and it was so hard I thought I was sold an old stale product. It dawned on me they were probably over baked and no one cared to scrap the batch. I was gracious the first time it happened and just figured it was a rare occurrence however today I also purchased cookies as a gift and after tasting my flavors I have no idea if the ones in my favor box are even edible… super frustrating. These cookies are too expensive to be hit or miss. I will not be returning.

Adorable little macaron shop here in Plano - my wife and I stopped by after lunch today and they have a broad selection and delicious macarons. The ice cream ones in particular were amazing. Prices are high but not outrageous - more than what you’d pay for grocery store ones for sure, but these are higher quality. It feels like a factory direct kind of place, it’s fun that you can even walk in and just get one if you want.

Been calling over and over but no one ever picks up the phone at this place. What kind of business are they running? Very unprofessional
I came into this store because I needed about 35 macarons for a baby shower at work. I told the worker, Luke, that I trusted his judgement in flavors. Luke was very professional and the Macs were a huge hit. Luke even noticed a tiny crack on one of the Macs and offered to replace it. I told him it was fine but impressed by his attention to detail

Placed an order last weekend for my daughter and son-in-law's anniversary. Got an email on Monday saying it was shipping and should arrive Wednesday. NOTHING.
Checked the tracking today and it still just says Label Created.
So my kids didn't receive an anniversary gift from us!

Sent a message through the website this morning, but didn't get a response to that either.

If I could give No stars I would. You all need to start back at the ground zero. I am a macaroon connoisseur. My honey was so excited to have found you all, and surprised me with my favorite indulgence. Short story long there is absolutely no flavor the two flavors he got tastes the same. Very bland. Your macaroons taste like Mrs Bairds bread with a little sugar. Super disappointed, he was excited to have brought them for me. I couldn’t lie and tell him I liked them.

I came across this company when scrolling on Instagram, went to their website...I don't live in Dallas, however seeing that they do nationwide shipping, I had to give it a shot.I ordered the 20 Mac Box (the package was so pretty with the purple love design, so lovely?),It arrived just before I had to leave home to travel.Macarons were delicious, will order again!
