Stopped by the recently opened new store for this long-time location. Chick-fil-A moved across the street and now has much more space, particularly in the parking lot. It's still a little confusing with potential for traffic jams if you pull in from Accent. But compared to before it's terrific. Staff is still great and helpful and the food is CFA awesome. All in all, a great experience!

If you want a totally safe and extra fast option, they have it for you here!! We just left there during the busy Saturday rush and cars were wrapped around the building. It looked discouraging. Don't leave!! Just get in line and the server outside will take your order, payment, and name way before you get to the window. When you get to the window, they call your name, repeat your order and hand you the food. All are masked and gloved!!! Best program I've seen!!

BY FAR THE WORST CHICK FIL A! Look at how much salt is on these fries! I didn't take a picture of the sandwiches but they were worse with OLD OIL looks like it hasn't been changed in weeks! This place is nasty. Wouldn't recommend! Move on to another location

Curbside delivery is my new favorite thing. Don't need to wait in the Drive-Thru line, pull right up, dedicated area. Got our food within about three minutes of me hitting the order.

The morning shift/breakfast food is usually great and normally the night shift/ food is a hit or miss. Tonight it was a hit! Night shift on 7/30 was awesome, line moved so fast i couldn't even scroll through tiktok while i waited. They made my chicken well done and by well done I usually mean I WANT BURNT and they made it extra crispy for me. The sweet tea was the perfect level of sweet (not too watery). Also the girl in drive through was so nice and her kindness seemed so genuine!

We popped by this location randomly to grab dinner for the family. We were disappointed when we were ordering to find out their milkshake machine was broken (which is the main reason we stopped there). We still ordered and got our good and left, we were driving and my husband handing me my grilled chicken deluxe sandwich. I took a bit and my sandwich was pretty much cold. I was so disappointed as I was looking forward to my hot sandwich. Not to mention whoever assembled it was in such a hurry that it was the sloppy. May they stay safe and well during this pandemic.

This location on several occasions has repeatedly failed to give me the correct order when visiting their drive-thru. Today instead of giving me the chicken minis I ordered they gave me four boxes of hash browns... How hard is it to confirm an order before putting it in a bag? It's fast food, not frickin rocket science!!! Will not be visiting this location again anytime soon. Shouldn't have to make multiple visits to get what I ordered.

I can hardly pass by a Chic-fil-a without hitting the drive thru. Ignore the long lines. It's worth the wait just like any other good restaurant. They are very efficient at handling the long lines, and the customer service is always pleasant. Chick-fil-a is simply the best chicken sandwich. Full stop. The chicken strips (my favorite) have no equal. The family knows to buy me their gift cards as gifts, and I am totally happy with that. The frosted lemonade is my favorite drink. Warning! You may need a nap after you eat a full meal LOL.

While in Plano today I decided to order at this particular location which I rarely do. This is by far the WORSE chik fil a in the DFW I have been to in a long time. Not only did they overcharge me but they said I had no rewards which I shown clearly on the app to the guy (Richard) at the window. I will never spend my money at this location, if I'm ever on this side of town I'll wait or eat somewhere else. Thanks for nothing !

I'm very disappointed with this location. The last few time we have gone here we always have problems. They always seem to forget the kids fries. This time I spent $50. I ask for extra chick fila sauce she gave me 5 when I asked again she got upset and gave me 2 more,fine. But when I get home my Market Fresh Salad wasn't fresh at all. I got brown lettuce and the wrong dressing.All of the fries were half way filled which you don't get a lot of them anyways tired to call the phone but it continued to have a busy signal. I live to far to drive back. Guess I will be driving extra miles to avoid this location.
