It’s hard to find have a poor experience at a Chick-fil-A but the nuggets and mac & cheese here were not what I expected. The mac & cheese had a burnt dark brown crust of cheese on top and the consistency was flaky as if it had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. Not that gooey gooey cheesy mess that I’m used to at other locations. There were two clumps of three or more nuggets stuck together in my 12 pack. And the sweet iced tea felt like syrup. to top it off good luck getting out of your parking spot, being surrounded by more than six cars trying to squeeze their way into the funky drive-through maze. The fries were good and up to standards

The kids working here are genuine, kind, and so unbelievably hard working, but the management is so rude to them it seems. Saw a kid get in trouble for having a drinka few years back. What? They were working outside in the Texas heat, super weird that they are supposed to act like super mutants who don’t need water or just a soda. That moment has always stuck with me. The management is not as nice as the kids when they take our orders, very disappointing. Usually it should be the other way around. You can always tell who is a manager and who is a normal worker because the managers are not nearly as professional or KIND as these kids, and are probably getting paid more. The managers also do not seem as genuine as these kids. Super sad.
They really need to rearrange the drive thru set up and work on their customer service. I pulled in the wrong way and one of the outdoor workers was unbelievably rude because I simply pulled in the wrong way. She told me to turn around and then stood in the way of me turning around. She then happened to be the one taking my order after I pulled around and refused to make eye contact while putting in my order and simply walked away after, without a word. Whoever she is, I hope it was just a bad day and not her whole personality. However, this is my third experience with poor service and the only CFA I’ve ever been to with poor service. It’s the closest to our house, but I’ll be avoiding in the future.

Consistently good food and friendly service! Not the cheapest but reasonable prices (except for drinks which are overpriced everywhere) so it’s a frequent staple for us!

Breakfast was awesome. I usually come every week to get breakfast, but on today 9-12-25 it was great. The hash browns were crispy , chicken burrito was great.
rude-ish employees for their company motto and has gotten my order wrong numerous times compared to the gary burns and preston location where they’re super kind and always on their game

5 employees standing around with their hands in a bucket of ice to see who can hold it their longer, didn't even address me on entering and left me waiting at the counter until I called them out.
Update: They also told me the order I was picking up was already picked up by another driver, but it was confirmed later it had not been. It seems like they just told me what they could to get me to go away so they could keep playing in the soda ice.

Food is fine, the location however is god-awful. No signage for their insane drive through line, and if you get lost and go the logical way they get rude with you. I’ve also never been to a Chick-fil-A with customer service this bad, I thought that was their whole schtick?
Listen, if any managers of this Chick-fil-A do read this review, PLEASE GET LITERALLY ANY SIGNAGE OR DIRECTIONS for your drive through line. The complete lack of any direction or explanation makes this line a messy unorganized hell hole. I understand the limitations of this location being where it is, and that’s why the drive through line is so odd- but that’s why *signs* and *directions* are important. I’m not trying to sound rude or anything, but it’s also kind of off putting to go to a Chick-fil-A and have every person you speak to just be dismissive and rude- maybe I’ve just been lucky and only ever been to nice Chick-fil-A’s, but the girls working outside on 11/1 around 13:00-13:30 were just so dismissive and rude and I have no idea why (yes we spoke to multiple)!
I just never had a good experience when I come to this Chick-fil-A, whether that’s inside or drive through so I just don’t think my husband and I will be returning to this one :(

Asked for a breakfast muffin and they gave me a biscuit.
Ordered breakfast and hit send one traffic light away but my order was ready right away. There was a line but in true Chick-fil-A fashion, it moved quickly and I was back on my way!! Awesome, as usual. Can't beat the chicken biscuit, unless you're in the mood for Mini's!!

They don't let customers grab their own sauce like nearly all other Chick-fil-A locations.
