Chick-Fil-A’s are known for their exceptional service and high quality food. I have never been to a CFA that didn’t live up to their standards until now. Everyone looked angry and it honestly seemed like they didn’t even want to be there. When I asked for condiments, an older Asian lady rolled her eyes and basically threw the condiments on the table. It was just horrible. Do yourselves a favor and spend your money at a different location.

The service here is incredibly slow. I only ordered 30 nuggets and three fries. I advised the gentleman that the lady behind me had already gotten her food and would like to get out. As a matter of fact every car behind me had gotten their food. The server told me, “oh well I guess she has to wait”. I think we waited in line a good 15-20 mins for nuggets and fries. They also asked me twice what my name was. Might I add this is my second time at this location and I received the same service last time I came to this location. I will not go back. Not to friendly either.

These hashbrowns show exactly what you get from this restaurant. How does an employee even pack something this bad?!?! The grease was oozing out of the box and dripping when you picked a clump of this up. Nobody will pick up the phone at the restaurant and I never hear anything back when you contact them through the website. UPDATE: I was offered one free hash brown a week after the review. Not how you do customer service to entice a customer to want to come back.

Ordered breakfast, arrived minutes after breakfast ended and the app canceled my order and the employees don’t care. I was craving Chick-fil-A so bad and all this place does is let me down. Drove here for nothing :( wasted gas and still hungry

I’ve visited this located 3 or 4 times in the past week and had a very unwelcoming experience with the day time staff. Upon entering the restaurant and waiting at the pick-up area for my mobile order, At minimum four team members walk past me and did not greet me or ask how they can help me. I had to stop someone in their path to receive any kind of assistance in my order was sitting On the counter the whole time.
Yesterday I placed a to go order, And the staff there around 5:30pm was amazing! Unfortunately, my experience was ruined with my chicken sandwich having weird streams in it and rubbery skin.
I don’t come here everyday but they forget something in my order every time I do .. smh

Chick-fil-A is a solid go-to for a quick, tasty meal. Their chicken sandwiches are always on point—crispy, flavorful, and served hot every time. The waffle fries are a must-have, and their lemonade is a refreshing treat.
The staff is consistently polite and efficient, even during the busiest times. The restaurant is clean, and the service is fast, although peak hours can lead to longer wait times. It’s clear they do their best to keep things moving, but it can still get a bit hectic.
The menu is great, but I’d love to see a few more options to switch things up now and then. Overall, Chick-fil-A delivers a consistently good experience, and I’ll definitely keep coming back. Four stars!
