We recently had to take our son to the ER near this Chick-fil-A. We were in the drive thru when Hansel recognized me from earlier, he noticed we were coming back from the hospital. He comped our meal for us without hesitation, I didn't know how much I needed that little gesture of kindness. My son is doing great BTW. Thank you Hansel.

I’m never coming back to this location ever again. All three times I’ve been here, they’ve gotten my order wrong or they just don’t give me my food. First experience: Drive thru - I ordered a gluten free bun grilled chicken sandwich with no fries and a side of yogurt with just berries. They gave me a normal bun with large fries and my yogurt was covered in cookie crumbs. I had to drive back and get it corrected. Second experience: Drive thru - I ordered a cool wrap with fries with a sweet tea. The fries were missing and my tea was unsweetened. I had to drive back again and get it corrected. Third and last experience: Drive thru - I ordered my husband a crispy chicken sandwich with pepper jack cheese and bacon and large fries. The sandwich was missing!!!!!!!!!! I ordered myself a large soup but they gave me a small soup. I had to drive back and get my sandwich! This location is absolutely terrible. I spoke to the manager yesterday and he simply didn’t care. I told him this is unacceptable and that I will never come back to this location ever again. The manager tried to make it right but still gave me the wrong sandwich. It had no pepper jack cheese and no bacon. Seriously?!?! This is the easiest job on earth. The people here just don’t listen or don’t know how to read. Get it together Chick Fil A.

Everyone is fast and friendly. I've eaten at this location a lot over the years and it's always been great, but the last food I got here made me ill. :(
Here is my must to go on Thursdays!!! The salad, chicken burger, waffle fries and drinks are great! Staffs here are very nice and warm-hearted which it’s very hard to see nowadays. Environment is clean and relaxing, also the music is not way too loud! I really like this place and highly recommend to any one who likes chicken and relaxing dinning area 🐓🍗🐔☺️😎!!!

My last two drive-through visits the order was wrong. On the first visit and went back inside to correct it took 25 minutes for a simple 12 piece Coke and mac & cheese to be corrected. My last order. The portion sizes were incorrect and the drink was incorrect. This time I didn’t go back inside because it seems to be a burden to get things.
