No proper management in place to take care of a transaction that was missed on the order person outside drive through. Not even a " how can I help solve this problem. Maybe, hey, you waited in order for 30 minutes but here is the food. Nothing more but a sarcastic apology
Hello, please note I visited one of your stores in Plano, TX (8501 Preston Rd, Plano, TX 75024) for placing a To-Go order & ordered Spicy Deluxe sandwich as a meal. The server that took my order asked for sauce & I clearly mentioned "Ranch" but when I got the order, they didn't put Ranch boxes in it. Missed that & this isn't the first time that this issue happened. It happened in the past & has happened multiple times so thought of bringing it to your attention. Kindly ensure that this issue doesn't happen again. Thank you!!

This location prefers chaos and inconveniencing their customers in their drive through because they refuse to place their lane closed sign closer to entrance even after asking multiple times over the last 6 months. The sign isn't visible until well after you drive into the lane and you're past at least 4 other cars in the open lane,making next to impossible to get into the only open lane. I've seen a number of near misses because someone will try to back out and almost hit the 2 or 3 other cars that also got into the blocked lane or try and cut others in the open lane.
Gave 3 stars too soon. Not only slow but also wrong food :( asked for 12 and got 8. They were nice at least, I guess.

I've been trying to find an email to leave direct feedback for quite some time, but can't seem to find one for this location. Back in November I stopped here after a bittersweet day at work due to a really amazing manager of mine leaving (it was sad, ya'll). I came to the drive-thru and was honest when asked "how are you?" by Thomas the associate in my lane. He was so empathetic and kind enough to respond to my answer with a story of his own. I thanked him for listening and relating then he said "Since I know that feeling, the cookie you have on your order is on me". It was the sweetest thing to not only feel heard, but to go the extra step of trying to make my day better I-- Listen, Idk if it's the training at CFA or ya'll just having the discernment to hire those with great soft skills but whatever it is, please give Thomas a raise! It's been almost 2 months later and I'm still thinking about his kindness.

It’s the second time in a row we are completely disgusted with the quality of chicken , bread , oil , tomato . Chik fil A used to be a winner in fast food chains . This location is getting worse every day .

I've been to this Chick-fil-A location a handful of times and it's always a good experience. Even if there's a lot of vehicles in the drive-thru, they keep the line moving quickly. Employees are friendly and our order has never been incorrect (it has been missing items at other locations).
