Don’t go to this location. Won’t do things like a frosted Coke that every other location in frisco will do. When asked why was told they don’t know why “ they get in trouble”. They allegedly don’t have a recipe according to Sarah !

This location is not good. It is hard to understand why they did not upgrade the existing location in the south east section of the intersection. Today at 7 pm I ordered online and as opposed to the Gary Burns or the Lebanon @ Tollway locations which are much more crowded but fast, this one was pretty much empty and had lots of employees but it took them considerable time to give me my 2 Chik-Fil-A sandwiches. With all that I predict soon they will realize the old location was better and will move back. Otherwise, they will be better off closing it for good.

We're going to eat and the manager and all the staff was so nice with us especially my son who the manager was so nice person and ask to my son to give him a shake we're been there because it was a long day in the hospital my son has a tumor on his head.and they refund us the money for the food we buy it ,thank you so much for the food and your service we appreciated God bless you ?

I Love this Chick-fil-a! EVERYONE is so kind and welcoming, food is fresh, lemonade sweet and tart but the best part is the smiling kind team. Way to go to everyone from the drive-thru to the register. This location sets the standard and exceeds every time. I don’t think I’ll go to another chick-fil-a, only here.
