I had issues today with my mobile order the guy at the drive through JONATHAN helped out a lot definitely had outstanding customer service. As well as RAY helped out by providing more information about the money issue. Brandi was very helpful and a nice person, I received a free drink card from her and said to me thank you for your patience. Definitely recommend this chick fil a. Outstanding service, amazing food obviously!

Very disappointed with the quality of service. Ordered food in drive-thru and drove off only to get home and not have all the food I ordered and paid for. I called for a corrective action to no avail - I used to speak highly of this restaurant but when their customer care told the restaurant was busy therefore could not speak with me - REALLY!!! But they took my money and didn't care that I didn't received all of the food I ordered. NO MORE CHICK FIL A for me or my family and i will share the same with friends - don't bother stopping at Spring Creek & 121!!!!

they always forget condiments or mess up the order. I’ve gone there so many times and the people are nice but the service is not good at all. They forget something everything. They served me cold food. And gave me the wrong size fries. As well and forgetting our condiments everytime.

I just recently went through the drive through,and received the wrong order , unfortunately. I ordered grilled 12 count nugget meal with side of kale salad , “2 kale salads “ I didn’t received the almonds for the salad and Also got regular nuggets instead of the grilled nuggets.FIRST TIME EVER. Chick-fa-la got my order wrong ,so that’s disappointing .
