Unfriendly and Unwelcoming Customer Service!
I visited this establishment on Saturday, 9/21, around 6:00 PM, and unfortunately, the customer service left much to be desired. Upon arrival, I was not greeted or acknowledged. Shortly after, a white couple walked in and was warmly welcomed, which made me feel invisible and unappreciated as a customer.
Additionally, the manager was engaged in a casual conversation with an employee, seemingly about nothing related to work. The employee appeared uninterested, yet the manager continued, setting a poor example for the rest of the staff. This level of service and professionalism is disappointing and needs attention.

The customer service here is spectacular!!!. This was my first time and the lady at the drive thru line taking the order was very helpful and took the time to go over the menu items with me. The girl at the drive thru window was also very nice . Food is also great

Gave me no sauces at all and messed up my order! I asked for a spicy chicken sandwich with pepper jack cheese, I got a regular sandwich with no cheese or pickles. Asked for a spicy deluxe with Colby jack cheese, got a regular spicy with no cheese. Got my fries and drinks right, which was infuriating ngl. Sad because normally I don’t have to worry about these things from chick fil a so I didn’t think to check my bag, this location needs to do better. Great service, the server that took my order in the drive thru took it correctly and repeated it correctly, sauces and all, so it had to be a mixup in the window. At least I have food i guess

Got order wrong drive threw bad, let's mobile order cut line
Chick fil a is always great and awesome But today I was very dissatisfied. It was 10:28 and lunch starts at 10:30 I was in the drive through line and was told I couldn’t order lunch until 10:30’or I could go inside and order lunch ? (Which I did because I wanted my food) asked the front if I would have done a lap and waited 2 more minutes could have I ordered lunch in the drive though said yes. Makes no sense over a 2 minute wait. I had to go around park go out of my way to go inside and wait in line AGAIN and wait for my food. I will no longer come to this locations.

I’m actually very disgusted by my food. Luckily I looked before eating it, not only is there hair on my food but it was COOKED in the nugget. Very disappointing and gross. If your cooking food for other people put your hair up and cover it :)
