I had issues today with my mobile order the guy at the drive through JONATHAN helped out a lot definitely had outstanding customer service. As well as RAY helped out by providing more information about the money issue. Brandi was very helpful and a nice person, I received a free drink card from her and said to me thank you for your patience. Definitely recommend this chick fil a. Outstanding service, amazing food obviously!
I have purchased grilled chicken sandwich where the sandwich is not hot and its very cold and also i have asked the person can you make it hot but he replied its already hot. So, the customer service is not good at this store.
Been going to Chick-fil-A since I was a little girl- this is my favorite location. The team is awesome- ROBERT is especially phenomenal with great customer service and work ethic. Specifically if things get hectic-in the rain- wish I had that kind of patience! Appreciate you all, and kudos to management. 🙏🏼❤️
