This is a 5 star Chick-Fil-A… Waffle fries was smoking hot. Chicken sandwich as well and that is what make them 5 star. Highly recommend this location if you in the area!

Found a piece of plastic in my chicken noodle soup, which was unsettling and gross. I immediately brought this to the attention of the manager on duty, Alex. Unfortunately, he was not helpful or understanding of the situation. I was surprised that no immediate action was suggested. In fact, I felt compelled to recommend that the soup be pulled to prevent anyone else from potentially ingesting plastic plus it was gross. I will not be going back to this location due to this, the way it was not handled properly and the way I was dismissed.

I work very close to this location, so I come here often. I have also previously worked at Chik-fila’s McDermott location. I was surprised to see a STARK difference in service. Nobody greets you, nobody smiles or seems to like their job or seems to be showing any kind of customer service attitude, they have their hair down (food contamination risk), and seemingly hire anyone. This was my second time in the drive through having my order taken by Keyri with legal trouble. They proceeded to tell me all about how they’re legally not allowed to drive, and using a fake name for their job amongst other things, and potentially a felon??? I came here to order food, not hear about a felon’s life & how they hate their job. I had to repeat my order 4 times, and correct him on my name 3 times before giving up, my name is on my name tag and he still spelled it wrong. It’s sad that there is seemingly no bar for their employees. Other then that, the food is great.

The blonde girl that worked on Dec 23, 2025 at 5:08 pm at the DRIVE THRU LANE ( NOT MOBILE ORDER LANE ) got my order wrong . This isn’t the first time this happens with her . She needs to be more careful . I ordered 12 grilled nuggets and the order was placed WRONG because I got 12 fried nuggets. I am tired of having these issues at this location . I cannot eat fried fried chicken . Such an inconvenience

The new drive thru is much better and more efficient. It is also much less of a traffic hazard. The food is okay. Service is good for fast food. The inside of the store needs a bit more work. If you order inside it is much slower and much less organized. If you are looking for a place to go sit and eat this probably isn't the best place.

The manager is so uptight and charged us for cups of ice. I've never had a chickfila charge for cups of ice. He seems to make up rules as he goes and the new rules highly depend on his mood. They also have gotten our order wrong in the past and weren’t too enthusiastic to learn about it or to try to fix it. The employees are also not as friendly as other locations. I'm not sure I'd come back here. Kinda ruined our morning multiple times now. Just go somewhere else. They all have higher reviews than this location.

I visited with a friend on a Wednesday night. The restaurant wasn't busy. We were the only dine-in customers. We were greeted, and cashiers took our orders at separate registers even though the restaurant was slow. Service was excellent. Our food was fresh. I enjoyed a 12 count original nugget, waffle fries, and a lemonade. My friend enjoyed a chicken sandwich and chicken tenders. I'd come back.
