A group of 10 older entitled customers were in the lobby they moved tables around and left the place a mess and the drive thru was very busy and they only had 2 workers. I don’t know who is properly running this establishment but this needs to be taken care of.

Did the hours change? Sunday 9/1/24. Arrived at 10:38AM (says opens at 10:30) Went to go inside, doors were locked, employee was sitting in a booth looking at me. Got back in my vehicle and went elsewhere.

Messed up my last 2 orders. No serendipity packets the last time. Gave me a sweet tea instead of a coke this time. Kind of disappointing.. $19 for a 7 piece tenders meal seems like over kill for what you are getting. Ill go elsewhere next time

First time eating here. The food was pretty good; I got the spicy chicken. I enjoyed the gravy to dip the chicken in. Butter and or honey would have been greatly appreciated for the roll, which was pretty good on its own. I will eat here again.
Chicken rarely ready to eat so you wait 10-20 mins to get it. If I wanted to wait I would go sit at a real restaurant but no I wanted “fast food” so been disappointed many times. Literally had one job! And what’s with the tiny gravy amounts?!? Seriously a family sized potatoes & gravy comes w a Dixie cup Of gravy?!? That may actually be an insult to the Dixie cup since it prolly holds more volume!! And it’s not like you aren’t paying for it with their prices!! Get it together Chicken Express!!

Never fresh. Always dry and cold. Figured I'd try going during the "dinner rush" today, hoping for hot and fresh chicken. NOPE! chicken was probably cooked 2 hours ago, the roll was cooked last night, and the only reason the mashed potatoes were hot is bc the probably have the metal container keeping them in a steaming table. Okra was cold too. I've never gotten fresh food from this place. Absolutely the last time I spend my own money here.
