Chicken Express-Plano

The staff was rude as hell, I asked for a spicy chicken tender combo and got 2 non spicy and 2 spicy (guess they didn't want to make a fresh batch), the potatoes had a cold part in the middle somehow and tasted off, and the worst part is I asked for fries and they added mashed potatoes instead. They acted like I was annoying them by being there, they still had 45 minutes before they closed. Not coming here again.

The manager refused to turn the music down. It was impossible to have conversation with my family. It was hot and smelled very greasy in the restaurant. Staff was unresponsive to our requests

This was my first time at chicken express. The food service was fast and the food was cooked right and temperature was good. The sweet tea is super sweet and they give you a good portion size. They are friendly and the prices are a little higher than others but the food makes up for it.

Soggy fries tasted disgusting couldn’t even eat them comfortably even the corn nuggets were soggy and nasty tasted like they had been their the whole day drive thru guy had an attitude

Had chicken express 2 times before this. This one is very stingy with their food. They didn’t have chicken dipin sauce like the other locations do. Overpriced for the quality and not filling enough :( and they forgot my okra !!!!!!
