This place is hoppin’. Food was great and the service was otherworldly. Isaac killed it with his attentiveness and he was quick wit it. His change of direction was something out of an NBA playoff game. Top notch joint here. ✌?

Chili’s is great. We’ve been going there for decades. It’s just one of those easy, fun places that you feel comfortable in, and the food is so good. The best chips and salsa and fajitas ever.Parking: Large parking lot. No problem!

Stopped in for Saturday afternoon lunch around 2pm. Seated right away. Our order was promptly taken and for came out in a reasonable time. Server stayed up on refills. Wings were perfectly done. Nice and crispy but not overdone.

It's what you'd expect from a chili's. Laid back atmosphere, generally solid wait staff, consistent kitchen.The Spice-a-rita was definitely better than expected. Give it a try if you're feeling adventurous. Spicy but oddly refreshing

I ordered a full rack of ribs and a salad online. Paid and picked up in the restaurant. Tipped the staff. In return I got a box of arugula as my Caesar salad. After waiting extra long inside and seeing there was abundant staff, 4 total tables sat, and a general nonchalant attitude I was hesitant to ask for a refund on that salad. Took me 15 min to get my $5 cash back after the mgr Drake didn’t know how to process it apparently. Then I asked for extra bbq sauce from Drake and proceeded to wait another 15+ min and he never brought it out.I complained to Drake cuz he’s the only option and of course he acted as I suspected. To be clear, I asked them to remake my ribs, Drake said he’d remake them but asked for my ribs back.They were in my truck outside and I politely said I didn’t want to go get them that I preferred to keep them. I didn’t demand. But Drake said “oh so you want free food?” And that’s where it broke down.Yall messed up repeatedly. The staff should be better trained. Yall should have informed me you ran out of lettuce like Drake claims instead of trying to trick me with a bowl of grass. Yall ruined my dinner with my wife watching Netflix. So I didn’t think keeping my cold food was unreasonable. But accusing ME of orchestrating some scheme to get free food rather than recognize your mistake was you doubling down on your inexperience.I was polite, never raised my voice and said anything unbecoming. But you argued incessantly Drake. You never brought my bbq sauce (lol) and you never in fact even attempted to remake my food while you sat there accusing and arguing with me.I was nice enough to call you and inform you I would write a bad review because I was offended and you tripled quadrupled down on bad service again. Denied you said what you said and when you’re confronted with this review I don’t expect you to act like a man and admit you failed to make a customer happy. You argued food costs with me.

Nothing special and a LOT of salt heavy in everything. Chili was very salty. Chips were sent back because of tons of salt visible on top and lots of broken chips. Replacement was less salt but still a lot falling off chips even when requested not to add salt.Tortillas for fajitas were too hot to handle (microwaved?) and wrapped in foil so did not stay hot.Rice for chicken fajitas was absolutely without flavor and was hard like left out too long. The chicken was well executed but the setup was meager and not fresh. Disappointing. The guacamole was not bad but I wouldn’t eat it alone so not good either. Sour cream was fresh and told but pico de gallo was sad and soggy.The chili as stated was salty but also you couldn’t detect a good chili flavor. Adding fresh diced onions helped.Star of the meal was the molten lava cake. Perfect balance of sweet and chocolate and iced cream and fudge sauce and yummy. Shared it and nothing left.Summary: meal was not memorable and I would not return except for the dessert. Everything else was a waste of calories and money.It would take so little to fix what’s wrong with Chilis but I just don’t see that happening. Sad statement of the times we live in.

We sat at the bar on a Saturday night and watched Hector, the only person behind the bar perform. He was great! Even though he was really busy creating various drinks for the entire restaurant as well as the bar, he was attentive and listened to every request that we had. The food was just okay. Maybe that's why we only go once every couple of years.
