This Chili’s so consistently turns out the food it has completely altered my perception of the chain. Previously Chili’s occupied the same sphere as Applebee’s, the first dinner you have after your parent’s divorce. They wallowed in the mud like filthy children while the real restaurants (Olive Garden, BJ’s Brewhouse) were the places to go for the big family events.
But this Chili’s? The service: prompt. The drinks: cold. The food: precisely what I need the moment I need it. A wise man once said “When you’re here, you’re family.” That man was an idiot. When you’re at Chili’s, you’re home. Picture of me enjoying my Triple Dipper included to prove my words are true and my feelings are real

Maxwell was a great server. He was patient when we all ordered at different times and were a big group. He was kind to the youngest in our party, and the food was great and served hot. Maxwell is flexible and a great worker! Super clean tables and seats and bathroom as well for such a late visit.

I try to play songs on the karaoke machine the server said will ask the manager to play the songs after the game on Tv was over they never did, so disappointed I pay for songs but never played the Kateoke looks they don’t want their customers happy. ☹️☹️☹️ will never go back.
