What a hidden gem! Hot and sour soup was hotter and much better than most! Soup dumplings were excellent. Chicken and beef dishes were all tender and fresh. Portions were HUGE and the Salt & Pepper fish made my day! Loved the atmosphere and excellent service for a very reasonable value!

The quality of service (and food) seems to have gone down the last time we came and tonight. (When it comes to the steamed and fried dumplings, it’s a hit or miss on flavor but when they’re good, they’re good).
We placed a large to-go order, as did others we saw at the restaurant, and everyone else was able to get their to-go orders there but we waited 20 minutes before they cancelled our order …
When asked why, they said it was too busy and that it would take an hour. Yet the restaurant was half empty , and others were getting their online orders picked up .
So if we had dined in, would it still have taken supposedly an hour for our meal?…
Based on the last two encounters here, I think we will unfortunately have to find a new go-to place. Owners seem to only respond to good reviews too…

My family loves dumplings ( the regular kind ) and soup dumplings. This location offers various kinds of dumplings- boiled, steamed and pan fried. And lots of other delicious dishes ! All the dishes we have tried and “sampled” are all delicious, we keep coming back, that should speak volumes for the quality and friendly service.

92f both outside and inside because they decided to keep the doors and windows open to save on their AC bill. Hunan chicken and noodles were flavorless. Kenny and Wong did not offer any decent service - no water refills, no silverware and then insisted on a big tip - I declined the tip and they quickly had big words to say. I guess taking customers for granted when you don't offer service and no AC doesn't always go your way.

I love the authentic flavors at this restaurant. The dishes taste like they stay true to traditional northeastern style Chinese cooking. Ingredients are fresh, and the seasoning is quite good without being too oily.
The menu offers a good variety, and two times I’ve tried so far has been consistent in quality. It’s a solid choice for homemade Chinese food as a comfort for homesickness.
China Blue is located in a super convenient, busy plaza where you can find everything from groceries to bubble tea to salons. There’s always plenty of easy parking, which makes it a stress-free place to stop by for lunch or dinner.
The food here is consistently amazing — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. I’ve tried several dishes on the menu, and everything has been great, but the Guo Bao Pork is hands-down my favorite. Crispy on the outside, tender inside, and the sauce is just perfect.
The service is also top-notch. The staff is welcoming, attentive, and always happy to offer recommendations if you’re not sure what to try.
Highly recommend this place whether you’re dining in with friends, grabbing takeout, or celebrating a special occasion. You won’t be disappointed!

the food here is ok, however they have a lot of issues in the kitchen, they are notorious for forgetting food, and the servers are not attentive enough to check on your table and make sure your food is ready. this was the third and last time we come to this place, so many Chinese places around here to settle for bad service!
