Food was AMAZING! I originally stumbled upon this place from a tik tok i saw. Boy oh boy was I in for a TREAT.

The food was absolutely DELICUOUS. I had the pan fried Blue boa buns, spring rolls, and crispy fish (sweet and sour fish fillets). Now I’m not sure what the name of the sauce (will find out on my next trip 😉) was but my friend and I HAD to take some TO GO.

My friend ordered the spicy cabbage and spicy fried shrimp and that paired with the steamed rice was a great meal in itself! The ONLY negative thing I have to say bout china blue is they were out of the peach flavored Soju( which was my first time trying and a suggested flavor) so I was disappointed about that but QUICKLY GOT OVER IT when the food came out 😂

Dalier was our server and she was very nice and accommodating. I cannot wait till my next visit to try more menu items.

Chinese restaurant black list! I ordered four dishes and none of them tasted good! 1. Pan-fried buns, the meat was old and not delicious; 2. Sweet and sour fish fillets were fine, but not to our taste; 3. Pickled pork slices, that pickled cabbage, oh my God, so sour, a pot of vegetables with very little meat; 4. Onion beef noodles, I suggest the chef try the taste himself, each of us found it unpalatable; 5. Their rice charges 5 yuan! It’s basically the only Chinese restaurant in Dallas that charges for rice, and it’s quite expensive! Finally, let me talk about the waiter. When we asked to change seats, she suddenly picked up our baby by herself, which made the baby cry!

Great quality food all around.
Great place to explore new items on the menu, staff was very open to explaining menu items and making recommendations.
Soup Dumplings were great- a touch thick on the dough though.
Stews, soups, and especially the BokChoy- all great options.

Date night or causal night out.

This place has some of the best dumplings in DFW. The dry pot cauliflower is also so good I crave it days after eating it. The employees are very friendly and attentive.
